Ok - found the presentation link, opened it up and got to work with editing. First pass done - going to take a lot more focus, but at least it's started and I can formulate more thoughts throughout the day.
NEXT: Go downstairs and turn up heat Put away dry dishes

Heat is on, clean dishes are put away and washed two dirty dishes for good measure. Anxiety is rising, but I will continue on my journey - NEXT: 5 minutes work project CFEV - a million little steps to be done - find outline list for that I created for this event that I need to share with others - was it in a word doc, an email? I can't remember!

Ok - started working on that project and found the info I needed, but then got interrupted by a phone call. I had told Old Boss that I would be available today to talk through something and bounce ideas around. Ugh - now that' over, but it's almost 3:00p!
So, the rest of the day is now mine - I will need to avoid distractions and just work in chunks.
NEXT: Visit the bathroom and then check kitty pan

Kitty pan is scooped and a floor pile is cleaned up - decided to act immediately, although I really wanted to delay and "do it later" (clean up the floor pile)

NEXT: I'm hungry! Heat up some split pea soup (which I never actually finished making - it's just split peas and barley) - add some chopping scallion and parsley

Convinced myself to work on project CFEV for 20 more minutes! Just put some previously chopped carrots and celery in a small pot to saute, will add the pea soup mixture and top with scallions and parsley. Will eat and then keep working!

Ended up making some popcorn to stress eat for a bit. Need to go find that charger right now... Ok - phone is plugged in... I am going to look at the open enrollment and see if I can do that very quickly - I don't think I'll be making any changes, but it is a new system this year, so...

Kept everything the same (so hard - should I make changes? Should I research some more? I stopped using the Flex Spending Account last year because it was so stressful to submit for the reimbursements. I have to say I feel very free with one less thing to worry about. So skipped it again this year (there's no "free" money involved, or I would use it!).
NEXT: Project MCEM for 5 minutes
