Good going on all that tossing, sweetsunshower . soapyclean , clear sofas are great; I like "aggressively." Hi, gaylem and erniethecat ! Washed dishes. Made bed, took meds. Watched about a video about better/adequate sleep; will implement a suggestion. Work 20 minutes on most important project. Read all the doctors' emails I've been ignoring.
Decide on and order a new mop. Watch a couple more videos about good sleep.

Partial Routine:bathroom,kitty litter boxes,walk dog again put up vegs,pack and freeze meat hip exercises fix dinner, finish email more medical related paperwork transmit health data

Good evening, guys and dolls! I am stunned at all the work everyone has done since I last checked in. We're on the third page already! Work was a complete nightmare. AND IT'S NOT DONE. I could be working from 6pm to midnight, just to get my head out of water. But I won't because... well, I REFUSE. We really need a tantrum-throwing smiley on this board. Ha ha! TA-DAH 1. Pulled the garbage bin out of the snow and pulled up to the front of the house. 2. Put a big bag of trash into the bin. 3. Put a little bag of trash into the bin. 4. Folded and put away dry clothes 5. Put small load in dryer 6. Picked up a little bit of this and that in the office aka The Pit of Despair 7. Threw out electric candle that fell on the floor and broke. Grr! 8. Shredded old receipts. 9. Put dirty dishes in washer. (I found another box of dishwasher soap under the cupboard, so I feel I can afford to run a load tomorrow and spare my chapped hands.) TO DO 1. Put decorations on the sidetable 2. Fill out form for work since I found the reference paperwork - yay! 3. Put phone in its charger so it isn't flat tomorrow.

Hi, doodles! missjean , very sorry you're swamped. Here's an assertive version of a tantrum: Went for a walk. Watched a couple more videos about good sleep, and figured out what to change. Put away dry dishes. Work 20 minutes on most important project. Read all the doctors' emails I've been ignoring.
Decide on and order a new mop. Shower and dress. Put out recycling and compostables for pickup.

Thanks, doodles. It's getting embarrassing to just leave it there all the time, but I'm up against a deadline. With good sleep tonight, I hope to finish it tomorrow. Hi, erniethecat! The water is a new habit as of today. My sleep and thinking have been poor lately, so I'm doing several things to improve my circadian rhythm. Evidence that my thinking has been poor: as I was hanging some things to dry just now, I discovered that I had washed some light-colored things with the dark load. Last night I separated the colors, and then I added some lights to the dark load. Started dishes soaking. Watched another sleep video. Transferred last night's laundry to dryer and rack. Work 20 minutes on most important project. Read all the doctors' emails I've been ignoring.
Decide on and order a new mop. Shower and dress. PUPA 10 minutes. Wash dishes. Take a walk.
