Hello, doodles and anyone else out there. Had my glass of water. Filled pill minder. Made bed, took meds. Finish Part II of project.
Decide on and order a new mop. Go for a walk. PUPA 10 minutes. Wash dishes. Get dressed. Go to bank this week. Get gift wish list to daughters. Finish ordering (or decide what to buy locally) any gifts that need to be mailed.

goldenthreads -I chose a composition hard bound lined notebook for the habits. I write an underlined date. I note my dailyhabit goal which is getting out of bed by 10am. I note habits already established. I write a large "H" out to the right of the note. When I remember times in my life when habits enabled major accomplishments I write those down with an underlined "HISTORY" heading. Writing should not take more than 10 minutes once or twice a day. This is a new habit? I do plan to toss the journal. I am hoping it helps me focus. I will report back. The only journal I never toss is my medical history journal started in 2007. It is a hardbound journal and has proven invaluable over the years. Thanks to still and _Linda_ for suggestions in the Byways Journaling thread. roast garlic, spaghetti squash,IP cabbage ETE email daughter, transmit health data dishes and start medium laundry load process email hip exercises pack garbage

Thank you very much, gaylem, for your very clear explanation. I have an excess of notebooks right now, so I think I will do something quite similar.

Good morning everyone! I feel like a left over halloween pumpkin and I've already had one very confusing conversation with my boss. I wish I could go back to bed, but ....

Made bed, took meds, had glass of water. Washed dishes. Proud of myself. Started them soaking, then just washed them while coffee dripped. Finished jigsaw puzzle last night; put it away this morning and wiped away the jigsaw dust. (The puzzle was supposed to be a pleasant alternative to the internet; instead, seeing it unfinished bugged me in a way that ordinary messes don't. I like having that clear expanse of table back!) Finish Part II of project.
