Good afternoon everyone! I have been sick - I think only a cold, but also daily migraines. I've been asleep for two days. I desperately need to feel marginally competent though so I'm going to do some small things slowly and see how long I last.

Well, apparently the hour's worth of exercise I got outside yesterday in the cold is way more than I'm used to. I felt great and energized then. Woke up early today, was still tired, and finally returned to bed for a nap of about four hours. Mind is sluggish. No muscle aches, though. Sticking to minimums and tiny lower-priority tasks... Had meds. Drank coffee in the sunshine. Made bed. We'll see. Hi, everyone! erniethecat, couldn't find a bouquet, so here are these for healing: 🍀 🌈

Talked to the hens Went on bike ride 1.5 hours Picked up the last skein of embroidery thread that I need to finish the cross stitch project I have been working on for the last 14 months Hung washing Next load in Poured big glass of water Make list of things I want to do this weekend Fold and put away clean washing Start cleaning up the kitchen @erinethecat - I hope you are feeling better, daily migraines sound like a nightmare!

Hi, razy! Got dressed (a touch before 4:30 pm--a triumph, because now they're tomorrow's clothes, too ) Had water. Started dishes soaking. Go for a short walk.

The hens are always happy and pleased to see me! They are surprisingly satisfying critters to have around, even if they are messy. And they provide lunch! OK - let's get this party going!
