Good evening, guys and dolls! You've gotten a lot done! Also, goldenthreads was that a dough-cutter you forgot you had? Something left by a previous resident? I've been keeping a running list on paper because I was afraid to go online and break the momentum. Yesterday I got an unexpected package - a set of mixing bowls that I ordered in early December but was lost somewhere in the other side of the country. I was in the process of doing the assignment for the minimalism class, which is uncluttering the most "lived-in" areas. So everything I did today was related to the kitchen. TA-DAH 1. Vacuumed kitchen, hallway, bathroom, bedrooms, etc. 2. Cleaned the stove MULTIPLE TIMES (it really was a mess of grease and burned food) 3. Washed new bowls 4. Removed a number of items to make room for bowls; boxed various things to donate (for example, an old-fashioned orange-juicer that I NEVER use) 5. Listened to the video of the lesson wrap-up 6. Cleaned and set up coffee maker for tomorrow TO DO 1. Fill the unfilled boxes (shouldn't be too hard) 2. Put all the kitchen TOOLS on one shelf 3. Set out clothes for tomorrow

missjean I asked the landlord, and he decided it was a smoothing tool from when his spouse laid new vinyl tile 30+ years ago The thing is huge. He will put in the garage, and it will never be used again, I predict. Hi, gaylem. Got dressed. Put out compostables. Walked. Declutter a bit. Update habit tracking in calendar. Do 10 minutes of PUPA. Continue working on medical files.

Ta-da: Picked up grocery order. Combined wastebasket trash with kitchen trash. Put other bag in mudroom.
More laundry Dishes Scooped and topped off litter To-do: Put dishes away Wash rest of dishes Rinse and hang up laundry Prep breakfast sandwiches? Not feeling it. Break down "do taxes" into much tinier steps and start. -Go through pile of papers on desk -Clear the surface of the desk -Gather 2019 and 2020 forms/paperwork into two piles -Re-read instructions for 2019. Because I had a special form that was not available online, IRS website said I had to submit a paper form. Re-visit this information. -Next step

Ta-da: Put away clean dishes Washed almost all dishes Finished rinsing/hanging clothes Did the breakfast sandwich prep thing. One for now, one for tomorrow, 2 in freezer for later in week. Will tweak it - using fakey cheese product slices was a mistake (I was following instructions from a youtube video. Prefer real cheddar and will try next time). Still, a good idea.
To-do: Go through pile of papers etc on desk. Think I need to use a timer for this. 20 minutes.
