I have so much to do I feel like a dog with a yard full of squirrels. Not getting anything done but all in a state of omg, running around in circles, and barking. this made me smile - my dear sweet cali is never happier than when she is outside barking at squirrels...

Yummy fruit picked and the inevitable magically appearing pile of dishes (partly) washed 🍓🍏🍇 E-learning completed (the topic was a bit triggery, and bad mood pushed me into attacking the dining room🤺 ➡️there's an odd smell there, finally figured it's from the DIY miscellaneous cans of stuff I've not yet put back in the cupboard under the stairs ...So tomorrow get the adjustment done on the second kitchen door, and get the assorted cans & screws & good only knows what else put away

in comparison reading about a hapless poisoner is really quite calming
Today was a day for a call from my shopping friend, so that took over 90 minutes, then I took the dog out and changed the last batch of laundry, I just have to get the last load from the dryer now.
Then I had dinner. I'm going to try for a list or two before I have to go down and get ready for bed.

Print out latest blood test results Get a bag ready for tomorrow Wash more dishes Delete 30 emails

Good morning everyone, I'm waiting to leave for the doctor's office, so I'm not doing anything productive. At least I got a morning appointment this time, instead of mid-afternoon.
My computer did something weird this morning, so I hope this isn't the beginning of problems.
We had a little rain overnight, my containers look like they have 1/4 inch in them. And the rest of the rain today looks like it might pass us by, which is good since I'll be on buses, bad because--still no rain.

DA (dear Aunt) remains in the hospital with her broken arm. She should be transferred to a rehab facility today or tomorrow. I have to do her laundry and get her some appropriate shirts to wear that will accommodate her arm in a sling/being strapped to her torso. I also need to track down her checkbook to get some bills paid. Hopefully rehab will be close to home as I am juggling visits to my relatives.
I am going to have to skip my boxercise class this week. Hopefully only this week. I talked to the coach about creating a second exercise class - maybe for Monday nights as two classes a week would be optimum for me. The second class could be just floor exercises, toning and core building.
I went to a funeral yesterday in the NY National cemetery. Full military honors. It was a beautiful day and a lovely ceremony. The cemetery itself is just stunningly beautiful and so well maintained.
After the service I took my dad to a dr appt. On the way home there was a car that was stopped in the road. (residential road in front of our HS) there was a young girl (HS age?) that was sitting with the car door open - puking outside the car. I felt so bad for her....and I was hoping that she would quickly recover and be on the mend....(sounds so much like your incident Bree - I hope you are feeling better)
Well - I have my list of things to do and I better get doing them!
We have been blessed with a string of beautiful days - I think the rain starts tonight or tomorrow....Maybe one more time mowing the lawn.....

Diane hope your doc appt goes well ohblondie I can commiserate with that girl!!! Yesterday we had a special celebration for DD’s sport. I had to bring the balloons so I dashed off to a party store and bought some bunches in school colors. The event was great, took place after a game, and took up the late afternoon to early evening Took pup for a walk. She saw the balloon bunches that I brought home and was so scared!! Poor baby. She was barking and so nervous and looking to me for help. I hid them away. Then I showed her around the house to reassure her the evil balloons were gone!!! Will destroy them tonight. I did not sleep well so it was really hard to get up for work today. Showered and washed hair Fed animals Let puppy out Drove DD to school Arrived at work Minimal motivation today! I am so out of it. I don’t even want to talk to anyone. I just registered on line for a church prayer group -unfortunately it is a zoom thing - but it will hopefully help my faith and help me get more social. I have had one meeting so far Been doing emails Feeling so sluggish!!!

Oh bree, poor puppy, you are a brave mom to vanquish the evil balloons for her!
I'm home from the doctor, I stopped at the grocery store on the way home.
The doctor told me the test results, which I had already seen online. He asked me very specifically about the pain that I still have, and said he thinks it's not intestine related, since that pain is different. He said it could possibly be stomach, next test for that would be an upper bronchoscopy. He said that even though the pain is in a completely different place, it's not out of the question that it's the ovarian cysts that were found incidentally on CT scan. He also said it could be something relating to my heart or lung.
So...no answer yet. I also occasionally have a different pain, which could be an ulcer (I'm pretty sure I had an ulcer in the past) and the test for that is a stool sample, looking for the bacteria that is often related to ulcers. That test is noninvasive enough that I said I would do it now.
Other than that, I'm going to think about it, wait and see how I feel, and decide what to do next. He was very "non-pushy" which is exactly what I need with my avoidance of doctors and tests. He suggested making another appointment with him for 6 weeks from now, and hopefully by that time I'll have more indication of what I want to do next--assuming it doesn't get much worse in the meantime.
The good news is, it's cool and comfortable today! It has been many months since I could make that statement! It's been cloudy all day, but fortunately, no rain for my travels. I don't think it has even reached 70 degrees today, what a huge difference, what a pleasure!
When I got home I brought the dog out to the yard and fed her, then I had lunch. I think I'm going to need a nice long reading break soon, but I'm going to try to do a few lists first. Tomorrow will be a busy day, so nothing at all will get done then--the handyman will be back to finish the garden edging, the dirt will be delivered, and in the afternoon the roof guy is scheduled to come. So I have to try to do at least do a little work today.
TO DO:
10 minutes on plants 10 minutes PEEPing 2nd floor Put groceries away Delete 10 hard emails

desposito oh dear, lots of suggestions without a real answer from the doc, it's frustrating that sometimes diagnosis only come from excluding all other possibilities,, after a loooong time.

little victory dance, the floor project is done , took a bit longer than estimated (almost bed time) Still got 10 tiles left over. So quick project tonight of trimming some to work as openable bath panels, , they pretty much match the bathroom floor too, so bonus 😊 Wonder how to use a few of the extra spares..maybe to surround the loo seat ?, A bedroom mat? Put under the beanbag? Hmmmmm, it seems MUCH easier to keep the motivation up for " projects" than it does for the never ending chores, and chaotic attempts at decluttering, , maybe the answer is to create chore/declutter "projects"🧠

Thank you decade, I must admit I'm not making the process move any faster, I have avoidance issues--most people would be pushing for every test possible as soon as possible. But I guess we'll figure it out sooner or later.
How big are those floor tiles you're working with? They don't sound like the usual small ones.
Next:
10 minutes PEEPing on 1st floor Bring garbage containers to street Wash and refill bird bath and water bowl
