Hello, people! Nice work going on! I'm upset and worried about this cough that won't go away, but otherwise I don't feel too bad. Time to stop using it as an excuse for doing almost nothing today and yesterday. Made an appointment. Drank a lot of hot liquids. Had meds and made bed. Do stretches. Make a short grocery list (landlord volunteered to get some things for me). Finish unpacking from the trip!

Culinary experiment: Because I'm low on my usual staples and wanted a low-effort lunch, I used what I had. The peanut butter on rye bread is surprisingly good! I expected it to be barely tolerable, but I think it warrants repetition. Hello, razy and yrwelcome. Made bed and had meds. Started dishes soaking. Ordered prescription refills. Wash dishes. Shower. Do stretches.

Mmmm I like the idea of rye bread and peanut butter Exercise challenge- 2 minute plank again. I think I am at the very edge of my abilities now. The challenge builds to 3minutes but I think I'm going to modify it and maybe work up to 3 minutes in 2 or 3 goes rather than all at once. Cleaned the fridge inside and out and got rid of heaps of stuff. Went out for lunch and got booster vaccination Wore my new dress - it feels too clingy on my lumps and bumps but I know it's because I'm not used to wearing dresses. Looking around, while we were out, there were a lot more lumpy and bumpy people than me Little bit of shopping I'm not planning on doing much more today Maybe plant seeds Cook dinner
