Everyone's movin' and groovin'! doodles cando goldenthreads Tues Report Half vacation day, due at work at 1:00 Slept in chair, no meds Coffee Moth miller offensive with vacuum Laid a clean rag on my coffee as theres a light right above it, didnt want moth miller dust in it. Came back to it wicking the coffee out of the cup, lost 1/2" of coffee Soo...publisher's clearinghouse. Doesn't just hawk mags. I've been looking at their mailings. I have a thrifty soul, tight-wad city, really. Intrigued, i ordered a recipe book, Secret Restaurant Recipes. Looked at the bill, price plus shipping, right? Yea, but there's also a handling fee over $7, so the "price" is really $10 more than the ad. I did order one more thing, a mixer cover. Id been thinking of making one out of a plastic disposable plate or something. If it works, I'll be pleased, consider the mess saved worth it. So I'm telling myself. Up at 5:00. Apparently this conflicts with the mouse's schedule. It huffed off outta the kitchen into the dining room. I was pretty sure i had one as I'd occasionally hear flatware tinkling in the dirty dishes. I had tossed a pkg of traps from the hardware supplies onto the k floor yesterday. Now, to just set them up.

Mouseanne, your humor makes me smile. Another hot one here today. Windows closed AC on last nights sheet is almost dry folded and put away other hand washed clothes Last night i bakes bread and finished at midnight. Its better to not have the hot sun and the oven on at the same time. Put all the bread into the food saver bags and the freezer. Alexa helped me figure out each chunk costs 10 cents. bulk flour before the prices went up. Other things Vacuumed I spent most of the night spraying myself with a spritz of water and lavender essential oil. Guess who looks like a tomato after a few hours in the park. I was under a tree too.The oil mix stops the burning and i guess add the moisure back into the skin. So not its just red with no pain. To Do Stop harping on.... Go to an emergency home cleaning. A customer called desperate saying the dogs had destroyed the house. Oh Joy.

Tues Report Cleared pile of incoming mailers off top of library bookshelf Tossed flat, saved padded, into entry desk drawer Decided wanted to move forward with window, instead of clothes-pinned in place flannel sheet
Moved the yesterday carefully arranged furniture in front of window Took down all hardware and random nails Took two different type white curtain rod halves, one had both pc of "crystal" ends, popped the brass cap off the other. The crystal needed a dealie to screw into. Glued a wall anchor, after drilling anchor hole bigger, into the end. Wobbly, wrapped with white thread. Hung new hardware, put the rod up. Looks good.
Saw 2 packs white sheers in basement box. A raid is upcoming.
Hate mini blinds, AND they're droopy in the middle, double yuck. Not to be fixed at this time.
Sitting with more water.

My wonderful landlord took care of the surprise buried edging and expansion of the garden before I left on errands. It took him two hours (pulling up more of the tenacious roots of the invading herbs, loosening the soil, and replacing the edging). I apologized but told him I'd wanted his input. He just said something like it was no problem. Now there's room for my plant. What an expansion of a simple little planting. Oh, well. We both prefer garden space to lawn. Went to pharmacy. Went to office store. Went to both grocery stores. Put away the groceries. Put away the pill bottle. Put away the office supplies. Congratulations to me for putting it all away within half an hour of arriving home! Not my usual practice. Pick up living room so it can be vacuumed.Run Roomba in living room.Shake out and hose down the rugs.Mow lawn. Plant the plant, after having further discussion about the extra edging.

O! oust, your client? Right about 12:00, i was wiped out, so i called in another half vacation day. Tues Report Library Saga continues Went to 2nd floor, go thru stack of curtain sheers Sew a few quilt blocks, hey, im entitled to some fun. Brought down 2 summer hangers Washing curtains Vac window sill, floor in front, drilling debris Mop in front of window At this point, I've mopped the entire library, but keep making new messes. My sittings are longer than my workings, but, I'm determined to have a zero library. The desk, 4 door cupboard, bookshelf, and closet are not perfectly organized, but they are doing their job, keeping the room tidy. Washer beckons.

Tues Report Hung the curtain sheers. The jerry rig deco cutain end, is it a finial, like on a lampshade? did not stay on. I'll use a better glue. ETE tools Some still on desk for Wed re-hang of 1 standard Final mop Mopped entry, edges were dusty
Last sit, ate a sandwich
Sitting with fan & water
Library essentially zero. 1 chair is in my bedroom, and theres a sorting box on top of the 4 door cupboard to move.
The hardware and tools threw up all over dining floor, and i still havent washed dishes.
Fix standard wed, and then theres 2 more standards, over the 4 door cupboard. I have 7 of thise shelves, but all 7 above the desk, it would fit, but couldn't reach the upper shelves without a ladder. Cool if its a library ladder, but mine's a blue Werner fiberglass work ladder. Yea, no, not for library use. Too cumbersome.
