Hi all, It's a pretty day here.
Went into the back yard while still cool: -dragged hose to final location and untangled. -cleaned ends and hooked up hose, and tested. One small leak to figure out. But very happy it's now in place. -snail patrol
todo: -weed in back - start filling green can -side yard -food prep

Good morning, guys and dolls! BetsyMarie good job on putting the hose in its "home." It is very, very late because I stayed up until the wee hours. Of course, today is the final day to get the house in order for company. 1. Showered & dressed 2. Hung fresh towels in the bathroom 3. Put dry dishes & utensils away 4. Started load of laundry 5. Put away clothes that had been hanging to dry 6. Washed pans I did all this in less than an hour because I don't know where to start. I told myself, "While I figure out it out, I'll do this obvious chore." Maybe I should do this more often. ha ha 1. Put away books 2. Put away art supplies 3. Use the grocery bags instead of a big bag

Hi, soapyclean oust BetsyMarie and doodles ! missjean I think this is a great slogan. It can work to keep us moving on useful tasks. Chose cleaning supplies to take home. I did reject most of it, though. Made bed and had meds. Got dressed. Go through photos my mom doesn't want/need anymore. Go for a walk this evening. Email landlord and daughter with return info.

Good afternoon, soapyclean and oust and BetsyMarie and doodles! goldenthreads It's hilarious that I did it without thinking. The immediate improvement FORCED me to think about how I managed to do so much in so little time. 1. Put away books 2. Put away art supplies 3. Used the grocery bags instead of a big bag 4. Laundry into dryer 5. Stripped bedsheets, treated, and started wash 6. Watered tomatoes 7. Put extra pillow in cupboard 8. Applied "If I don't _____, then I won't need _______." to a few things. 9. Put out the hanging birdbath that my friend gave me; was honest that it's not stable enough for the wildlife in my area, and packed into into a donation box 1. Declared amnesty on everything except old batteries 2. Hunted all hangers 3. Put air purifier in guest room and shut door again 1. Sorted miscellany 2. Watched a live "Clutter Corner" on YouTube (about coats) 3. Put a jacket in donations 4. Put two hoodies into washer - going to keep ONE 5. Moved "keeper" coats in closet near door 6. Cleaned a dusty phone/tablet holder - may or may not keep it 1. Made a few more decisions about winter clothes - NO MORE cotton trousers without drawstring waists! 2. Wiped a bag down that I can use for donations 3. Pulled out ONE box to sort 1. Launder hoodies (one will stay, one will go) 2. Hang up clothes 3. Make bed

Hi all soapyclean kitchening comes from a student I worked with who was learning English. Her reasoning(perfectly sensible) was if you do gardening in the garden why don't you do kitchening in the kitchen. grasshopper “While you’re figuring out the perfect way to approach this, why don’t you do this obvious chore?” is a great reminder to not get caught up in pefectionist procrastination. A new motto! missjean well done on getting things out of the house. walked dog washed some bedding grocery shopped put shopping away kitchening wash more bedding
