Good afternoon, folks! I'm very much a night owl so my "day" doesn't typically start until the late afternoon. So here I am! TA-DA: *I took my AM meds and had coffee. *I made several phone calls and addressed a few urgent emails. *I ordered groceries and TP to come on Thursday. Yay I am looking ahead! Bonus~ *I made a point to write some scheduling needs in my planner. *I made plans to see a friend tomorrow evening- I would like to enjoy some time with her, but I also need to FINALLY go get something I left at her house. TO-DO: *Take my nausea medication, let that begin to work...  *Think ahead to where to start my cleaning today. *Consider just getting the pantry cleared out, let myself feel accomplished, then enjoy a nice soak in the tub.

TA-DA!!: *I took my nausea meds. They haven't kicked in fully, but at least the nausea is not getting worse. *I gathered up and sorted a bag of items from the pantry area. *I gathered up and sorted another bag of items. Bonus~ *I gave myself amnesty re. letting go of a couple of previously sentimental items.
TO-DO!!: *Sort more pantry area things. *Rinse out soaking bucket. *Tackle more misc. tasks.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I think I may take a break for now!

Hey! About to go into a meeting. I wanted to post that I did 30 min on clearing clothes pile that has been sitting there for months. Feeling really good about this. I am not purging right now, just trying to get some organization and empty space so I don’t feel so overwhelmed.

oxen sorry to hear you are having nausea. Hope the med has kicked in fully, by now. grasshopper Great job handling clothes pile! So much that I need to do, but I'm afraid that I've run out of time for today. I'll be back to post what I've done today, and my todo list. Today's tadas: 1) Dressed2shoes in dress clothes, brushed teeth, contacts, put tad of makeup on 2) Daily meds: thyroid*, allergy spray*, Vit D 2500*, bp meds**, Vit D 1000*, Vit C 1000* 3) drank 3 glasses of water so far
Next round I did the following: 1) had allergy med 2) fed dog 3) went to services
Last round that I did: 1) went shopping, again, at Macy's -- Boy! This one at the Galleria certainly has changed. It was as bad or worse shopping there than it was at Kohl's. They have not kept it up & the carpet is torn & stained. Smells like deodorizer to cover whatever smell is probably there. Sales people are horrible. They may as well make it self-service in the shoe department rather than have to wait for people with poor attitudes to help even though they weren't busy at all! Just a disgusting store & almost rude workers. 2) I did buy some sandals and a pair of shorts. Took forever & tried on lots of clothes.
I'm very nervous right now. Hoping that WITS thread will help me get stuff done even tho all I want to do is sleep!!!
3) fed dog 2nd feeding.
*bonus* Tossed pair of hose Todos: 1) get a start on making soup 2) pay 1 of DMom's bills 3) pay another one of those CD

I hear you on running out of time some days, cando. grasshopper, celebrate this win with the clothing! Sometimes we are not ready to purge right away, but we can still organize, which is definitely progress taking place. TA-DA!: *I figured out I do need more Ziploc bags, so I ordered those. *I shredded most of a long-ago pile sorted for shredding. Then I attended to an overheated shredder (oops). *I rinsed out the soaking bucket. Bonus~ *I emptied my very full bathroom garbage can. *I tied off a few more garbage bags. TO-DO!: *Take a nice long bath. I need one plus it could help the nausea... *Take out garbage and recycling. *Bag up some more pantry area items for sorting. 🪵🪚

TA-DA:🔥 *I took that long bath! And it helped the nausea at least a bit. *I took out garbage and recycling. There was a ton of garbage, so yay to getting it out of the house! *My paper shredder is fine now and I shredded just a few more things tonight. Bonus~ *I made a phone call I actually did not want to make. Go, me!
TO-DO: *Bag up some more pantry items for sorting. *Do one more thing. *Do something after that.
I'm still grumbling and stomping my way through cleaning and tidying, but the time will pass regardless so it's useful to try and get some stuff done.
I'm going to take another break for now! ☕

oxen so many fantastic things you did! Phone call you didn't want to make. All the shreddding, etc. etc. I'm glad the nausea is better. Not doing much other than cooking. Tadas: *drank 2 more glasses of water (5 so far) * rinsed & peeled carrots, cut up onions, DH rinsed & cut up the cabbage *rinsed & peeled Zucchinis *Made WW Vegt Soup
*exercised while cooking  . put on some Michael Jackson music and danced & marched in place, etc. Todos: eat some soup look into ordering a tshirt empty kitchen trash & replace bag and clean up the mess that I made. CD

I like your exercise program, cando! Went to meditation group Long walk in the hills Talked to mom. More stuff for insurance. Fire fighters and ambulance also need insurance info. I had no idea. Ate yogurt, cereal, prunes, nuts. Yum!

cando, I agree with grasshopper- great exercise routine! grasshopper, I love prunes so much. Yummy... TA-DA!💪🏻 *I sorted through more bagged items. I also set a few more things aside to donate, yay! And I found the cover to my heating pad, which was awesome. *I set several kitchen utensils up for a good soak. I'll want a better place for them tomorrow. *I consolidated some stuff, though this was when I realized just how burned out my brain is right now. It was hard to make decisions after a while, so I need to call it a night. We'll see if I have the funds for a late night dinner pizza. Oh I hope, I hope. 💸🍕

The usual Work on boxes of papers.

Slogged through more paperwork. About an hours worth. Going very slowly, but still going. Will have to go through recycling bin tomorrow. I guess it’s good I didn’t take it to the curb last week. Good night!

 I woke up naturally but early because of knowing what I'd left undone yesterday and because of a full belly from overeating. Here we go!  Started dishes soaking. Made bed and had meds.
