Yesterday morning my friend served super-charged coffee. I was really buzzed, and I think it affected me all day. So this morning I'm going to see if my normal coffee will straighten my tired self out. No logic, but that's what I have right now.
Started dishes soaking. Made bed and had meds. Started a load of wash.
Make an appointment. Wash dishes. Shower and get dressed. PUPA 5 minutes. Figure out the doctor bill.

Welcome back, goldenthreads. I have that experience with coffee too. It used to be so bad for me that I couldn’t drink coffee at all. I think it makes the adrenals kick in, and then we get super fatigued. I hope you feel better today.
Up and out the door for mammogram. Health appointments all done! Picked up some food. Worked a lot on squalor closet, hallway, and stairs. This is definitely a first run through just to get things straightened up enough that I can think. Vacuumed and washed 2 long shelves that I was not using efficiently, so a lot of space opened up. I am getting rid of things here and there, but mostly I’m just trying to work efficiently. Decisions slow me down or stop me entirely and I have a worker coming to the house at 3:30.

Cleared and vacuumed stairs. Started sweeping front porch Started clearing and vacuuming the 4 steps to the back door. They are really dirty as dog goes in and out of back yard there and I have been neglecting for so long. I need to find someone to help me replace back door. That’s really top of my list along with roof repair.
I need to finish back steps, put away pile of linens, see roof guy and all that goes with that, walk dog, go to friend’s house tonight. I’m starting to feel emotional, which I think is about really looking around me and seeing what needs to be done rather then hiding my head in the sand.

Hi, grasshopper ! That must feel good to have the medical appointments out of the way. Are you doing okay with the feeling emotional you mentioned? If you're not, concentrating on only one area at a time (e.g., the storage closet) might help you keep that in check if you need to. Your current way of tidying, organizing, and getting rid of just the easier things right now sounds good to me. It's still better. As Dana K. White, says, "Better is good." Good luck with the worker you're meeting today.
Going to set a VERY loud alarm and nap in the chair now. I need the sleep and to get several things done.
Transferred clothes to dryer and rack. Washed dishes. Made an appointment.

Virtual hugs back, missjean. Thanks, goldenthreads. You all are my community, no matter what anyone else thinks. Better is definitely good. Focusing on what I HAVE accomplished helps keep me going for the long haul, and that’s the goal this time. I am making progress both psychically and practically. One foot in front of the other. Don’t believe the stories that change isn’t possible Lies, I tell you!! Washed back stairs and part of floor and some of walls and floor boards. Walked dog. Brushed teeth Straightened up garbage cans and rolled up hose, sort of.

Jorgé is so nice! I love him! He is going to replace brick chimney with metal vent pipe. And maybe add some solar fans for cooling in the summer! I spilled my coffee on my notebook and work book. Oh well.

Grasshopper i am following along with you and all you are doing.
I am doing regular chores nothing extra until friday, then i will take some things out of the box room back to the garage.
I took 2 walks today and had my 20 minute sun break. It might be the last day of warm weather.

Figured out the doctor bill. Whadayaknow?! It was long, but simple. Nap + food = enlightened brain. Showered and got dressed. Put stuff on launch pad. Ta-ta!

Got up, loaded the dishwasher and then started it. Made some whole grain blueberry pancakes and sorted vitamins/supplement's into daily pill thingy... Logged into a CLA meeting.
to-do: Laundry: I have a lot to do! Review this weeks uncluttered course materials, and then start working on the bedroom Empty the dishwasher
