Hullo friends! Today was a little rough but it's been an improvement upon yesterday! I also realized I need to reschedule an appointment that was set for tomorrow, as I'm still under plenty of stress and not feeling quite right. "Amnesty" can be used for an overcrowded schedule, as well. ✨
TA-DA!
*I cleared off the stuff I had staged on the bed last night, though coming up soon I'll probably need to use the space for sorting again. 😂
*On Tuesday I was sound asleep when the maintenance guy came by for some requested help and minor repairs (re. nothing I did "wrong" so I was not worried). Thankfully he was gracious and came back today, when we got some brief but hard work done.
*I was sooo glad the maintenance guy was OK with taking out of here several bags of items to donate. I "joked" that if he could not do much with what's in the bags, I'd be fine if he chuckled everything but told me it all went to good places, haha... He did tell me he can usually give away stuff tenants donate, but I certainly left him a lot of items and he might not really have the bandwidth for all of that. Regardless, YAY to getting more things out of the house! I'm so grateful he let me pass that stuff along to him.
Bonus~
*I did an initial but important vacuuming job around the bird cage. My bird is boarding for just a couple more days and I can't wait to have our home "perfect" for her return! We are very close now...
*I did some dusting and spot cleaning of the cage. It will be useful to soon change the fan filter to help with the dust in here.

*Do another sweep of the vacuum before I can finish the job tomorrow during the day.
*Get back to tidying up items near the bed.
*Put cord protector over AC unit cord (may need to wait until tomorrow).
*Sweep up bathroom.
*Lightly reorganize pantry space, as some designated items just won't fit well in there and will need another place to go.
*Wash dishes.

Today has turned out to be a 'do nothing day'  Cleaned 1 more shelf in pantry Fed cat numerous times Got rid of headache - mostly Finish Coffee Wrap up warm Take cat to vet. She is having dental work done tomorrow |

Dropped cat at vet and discovered it's going to cost twice as much as I thought and it may not even fix her problems Brought in more firewood Put stuff back in the cupboard Im not doing anything for a while |

razy, vet bills are always so scary. I hope all goes well with your cat's dental care and the associated costs. TA-DA🌊 *I did another light vacuuming job. *I swept up the bathroom. *I'm currently soaking some dishes. TO-DO💪🏻 *Finish dishes. *Sort and tidy up near the bed. We're getting there! *Organize things on the kitchen counter. *Put cord protector over AC unit cord. *Finish reorganizing the pantry space. *Tidy/ clean around TV area. *DUST!! *Clean out fridge (it's not bad at all, thankfully). *Vacuum behind fridge, adjust carpet runner nearby. 😶🌫️See you all tomorrow!🌛

Took out trash, compostables, and recycling.
Got ready for bed.

Redo the end table so that it has an actual function or two.
Trim nails.
Desk work
Call/email about insurance.
Call about taxes.
Figure out how to make a claim with Ikea for damaged goods.

2) feed my face✅✅
3) washing machine on✅
1) sort out fridge and do tomorrow's lunch box
2) first lot of washing up✅✅
3) put away accumulation of dry laundry✅
1) start to find better places for the various trip hazards accumulated on the landin
2) more pruning at the allotment❌ postponed till Saturday ➡️will make it a gardening and cooking day.
✴️Ok as always time is running away with me➡️ the challenge is to shift a few more trip hazards off the stairs
..later today aqua aerobics 😊

Struggling. Doing practically nothing. Not eating well, behind on dishes, hard to cook with my tiny kitchen stacked. Losing meat, in fridge to make it a quick cook, then cant/dont feel well enough to cook, goes bad.  Pay 9/30 bills Write letter for financial item Prepare, turn in Flex reimbursement claim  Wash 2 pans and few bits more  Wash pjs, today is my last or of unders  Supper either kielbasa pan dinner or Tortillini with cream sauce Hmmm, make both? |

mouseanne please be careful of with that old meat, you won't be in any better shape to clear up if you make yourself poorly. I can relate, my fun plans for today are up the spout because I still need to tackle the monster that is a never ending conveyer belt of dishes Full respect to you for prioritising the financial tasks👍

Any "Madam Secretary" fans? So there's a point when the washing machine is down. She wants to call for repair, husband wants to repair it himself. She says, "I'm already in the sad panties." One of my fav lines ever. So this is how far behind my panty washing is...I have 11 pairs that are suitable, most comfortable. They aren't perfect, for that I have to sit the ole hiney down at the drawing board, draw some, cut them at the cutting board and sew at the serger and sewing machine and sew some. (Task on my list for months.) Then there's the sad ones, about 10 pair. I almost never get to the sad ones. Today, I am on my LAST pair of SAD PANTIES. Sorry, TMI, I know, but it tells you how far behind I am physically & emotionally. notanotherdecade, not to worry, I've been tossing the bad meat. But, it is getting expensive... sigh Before work TaDa take all the clean clothes out of suitcase, put away unpack the trash bag of dirties, sort into laundry sort the laundry pile on the hamper put panties & pjs into washer to run after work. It's an HE, can't leave it wet, or things sour. Even mid-winter I have to be careful. High-ho, high-ho, it's off to work I go... |
