Good morning, everyone! Enjoy your trip, missjean!
Last night: Did stretches. This morning: Started dishes soaking. PUPA 5 minutes.
Redo the end table so that it has an actual function or two. Plan meals and finish grocery list. Do stretches.
Desk work (the avoidance section) Call about taxes. Figure out how to make a claim with Ikea for damaged goods. Give doctor some info.

🍁🍁🍁It is about time to start raking leaves! It's a little colder than I want right now, but tomorrow sounds good. 🍁🍁🍁
Got dressed. Picked up plant detritus in the front yard. Planned meals and finished grocery list.
Redo the end table so that it has an actual function or two. Do stretches. Go to grocery store.

Went to grocery store. Put away groceries. Attached (with magnet) my meal plans to the refrigerator because I'm always losing them and then failing to use the ingredients I bought!

Low day. Feeling sorry for myself because injury on my foot, though minor, is making walking very arduous. Im having to walk in the ball of my foot. Cut is on the outer edge, mid-foot, where I put all the pressure. I just realized it’s in the same spot as the bone I broke several years ago. Maybe I’m having PTSD. 😆 I think it will heal quickly, but meanwhile I can’t walk or swim and that is rough for me.
Picked up script Went to meeting even though I didn’t feel like it. Went to grocery store. Made smoothie with spinach, blueberries, frozen mango, green supplement powder. That’s the only produce I’ve had in several days! Maybe it will jump start me.

Good morning WITers! Whew I have been overly busy at work and need to get some house stuff done today. I feel scattered and chaotic. grasshopper - ugh, foot injuries are the worst esp when you rely on movement for dealing with depression. I hope the cut heals quickly. goldenthreads - good luck with ye olde avoidance section...I can relate! TO DO Take dirty dishes downstairs Put away any clean dishes Organize sink area for dish washing Find bag Empty kitty pan litter into bag Fill pan with water and soak in tub for a bit

Oops forgot to post the above list before starting. I am feeling very scattered today, so I did the above, but also randomly tidied up, gathered up some trash/recycling, folded scattered worn clothes, cleaned out piles from 2nd kitty pan and flitted from one thing to the other, which is totally fine.
TA DA Brush mouth guard Brush teeth Wash out soaking kitty pan and stand up in tub to drip dry for a bit
Go downstairs and wash 1 dirty dish item 5 minutes gathering up trash/recycling around the house Clean up two kitty piles that are downstairs

Hi oust! How is your new place? TA DA Brushed mouth guard and teeth Washed out soaking kitty pan and stand up in tub to drip dry for a bit Wash a few dirty dish items, next batch is soaking Gathered up some trash/recycling around the house Gave myself amnesty by tossing some ziploc and other plastic bags that I wanted to reuse because they ended up in some drips of olive oil on the kitchen table...it will take too long to clean them, so letting them go, which was very difficult to do. Watered a few plants TO DO Dry out kitty pan, return to back room and fill with litter Take big trash bag and kitty scoop bags downstairs and put on porch Clean up two kitty piles that are downstairs Wash 1 dish Water 1 plant 5 minutes tidying downstairs

goldenthreads - just a little encouragement to go on the IKEA website just for a quick evaluation of your options - their customer service link has info on returns and exchanges for damaged items and they have a generous return policy. I've always found them to be pretty easy going especially for small items. Maybe if you were returning a kitchen.........
