Done:
- Tweaked picture position of slightly wonky print behind the couch
- Took towel back to bathroom
- Put a bag hanging on the stairs out of sight
- Took new bathroom organisers upstairs

Okay the proceedure was not fun but I have confidence in the staff after watching them work. I am glad I asked DVD to come with me, because he drove to breakfast and the movie (almost right next door). I had a milkshake! haven't had ice cream in months. It was soothing, but now I am in toots-ville  . The movie was long! I have a sense of accomplishment just getting through it.
Came home and ate and crashed. I am feeling a lot better.
