Hello All! I logged in a few hours ago, but didn't post. I'm recovering nicely from the congestion/sneezing/sore throat, but am exhausted. I ended up mostly taking it easy over the past several hours. ta-da's: Showered Ate some breakfast Felt exhausted Took a break  Got back up a short time ago and started preparing whole-grain sour dough pizza crust. Sorted supplements into daily pill organizers Started a load of laundry to-do: I need to prepare for a trip I'll be taking later this week. Look at weather forecast, start packing bags, maybe make a list of last minute items to pack? My current plan is to drive to DD's house on Wednesday after work, and then we'll head to the airport sometime between 3:30 and 4:00 AM on Thursday. The trip is for a memorial service for my uncle, but we are also planning some recreational activities, so there is a lot to think about. Continue with the laundry

Lots happening on ye olde WIT thread today!
TA DA 5 minutes office/storage room org project - continued sorting clothes into tops and bottoms boxes and then will hopefully sort through everything at a later date and get rid of stuff I no longer need 5 minutes fridge Found yoga clothes, changed and signed into to class Enjoyed the yoga class and stayed mostly engaged, which is easier to do when my mind is clear of work anxiety Played keyboard for 15 minutes
TO DO One round French practice Make and eat a healthy lunch - salad/hard boiled egg/piece of homemade bread (from neighbor) Make two extra salads for future meals (even though I really don't wanna do this)

mouseanne I'd thought this cat was a temporary thing for a few weeks. Did you change your mind? Am I misremembering? Paid two bills. Started dishes soaking. Had meds and made bed.  Plan week in my shiny new planner. Clean out purse. Put away laundry.

I've fallen behind with dishes, so that's today's main task:
-gathered dishes -put dishes to soak -washed round 1 and 2 -put away dishes as they have dried
Todo: -more dishes -gather trash -food prep

Put away laundry. Unsubscribed from two emailers and deleted a few dozen emails. Washed dishes.  Plan week in my shiny new planner. Clean out purse. Get dressed. Figure out if I've double-commmited for Thursday afternoon.

Happy January 2 everyone! Ta da Stripped bed, 2 loads laundry washed and dried, more loads in process Dishwasher loaded and run Reading papers then putting in recycle bag To do Dry and put away dishes Continue work on laundry, put away dry clothes Yoga class at 6:30 at YMCA, they restarted reservation for class system since Covid numbers up in our area.

Good evening! What a long day! I'm glad to see so much work done by everyone.
TA-DAH 1. Ran errands without leaving my car - except having to pick up potatoes 2. Put away dry clothes 3. Hung wet clothes 4. Packed all Christmas decorations and linens into two boxes and put them away 5. Took down the tree and put away 6. Cleaned and put a different runner on the TV table 7. Moved exercise bike to a new "home" 8. Hung more damp clothes 9. Put other clothes into dryer
TO DO 1. Vacuum hallway 2. Wash the glassware 3. Get ready for bed

mouseanne I just had to call a vet this morning (non-emergency) and they were open - you might try. phoenixcat, i didnt see this til evening, but on a whim, i called today, the doc answered. She has a 8 am appt fri. Shes frantic, poor sweetie. Thanks for telling me. goldenthreads, dunno. I did waffle should i shouldnt i several days. Done deal, now. All the laundry ive listed is done & put away. I washed dark skirts the morning, and the dryer just now beeped...i need to wash bras soon, but ive got a couple og clean ones.
