Hello PS!
I have been working on my back porch project, I'm almost done with it! There are two boxes of collected seed stuff still to sort, some of which I will put out for the birds, but they are neatly contained on a shelf so I'm not going to worry about them now. I do need to do something to the floor, besides sweeping I really would like to mop at least the exposed areas since I'm guessing it hasn't been mopped out there since I put the floor tile down for my sister many years ago. When I cleaned this porch a few months ago I meant to mop but never did it. I also need to cut down the empty boxes that I moved to the kitchen that I decided I didn't need to keep after all. But all the organizing is done.
My back hurts, so I will rest for the half hour until I have to take the dog out.

Hello all Diane could you put your porch project off to spring when it is warmer. Or am I a bad influence?? It was hard to get up today. So very gray here and wet drizzle… Slept til last minute! Fed animal kingdom Got ready for work Packed lunch Made bed Had six chaos meetings on my calendar. One I could skip. So five. Had two and for the third most did not show up so she canceled Two looming ahead Typical schedule- the one from 9:30 to 10:30 went to 10:50, so the 10:30 to 11 was crunched and the poor attendees just had to wait 20 minutes!!! This the moniker chaos! For lunch I want to update my finances then some chaos meetings cando you did not miss my birthday! I was going to a birthday party for someone else. But thanks for the warm wishes!!

Oh I am stressed. I have a first world problem. I washed my wonderful winter jacket yesterday and for some reason the zipper is now broken. I rely on that coat every day to walk puppy. There is no real down time. How could washing a coat break a zipper? Ugh. It is cold and snowy or drizzly every day for the next several months! First world problem cuz I have a coat.
Another stressor is that I just reviewed a project by Confused Employee and it is such poor quality. Like Confused did the bare minimum. I do not want to do Confused’s job so I gave input but did not do the actual re-dos myself. Like was it a Tom Sawyer “paint the fence” maneuver ? I’ll do a crappy job so you can do the heavy lift and fix? Especially frustrating as Confused kept saying they did not have time for it so I cleared their calendar to give them hours and hours of time. Congused should have been able to manage the scheduling on their own. Confused needs so much hand holding and so much direction it is exhausting. Confused is not performing at level needed.
Third stressor -a relative who now needs lots of help is looking for rides. I get it, I am willing to help but this relative lives out in a rural area in the opposite direction of everything. So something I planned to go to - a little over ten minutes from my house - is close to an hour trip for me to pick them up, take them, and then another near hour to get them home. I feel guilty and frustrated. It is just hard on a work night; others are helping too, not just me. This is a new ugly long term problem w no good solutions as they will need more snd more help and they are financially not well off.
So I am just dressed most immediate need- must get coat fixed

Hello bree and scholar!
Bree, I've had zippers break on favorite jackets or hoodies too, it's so frustrating, because the rest of the garment is perfectly fine. I hope you can get it fixed. Not much you can do to fix chaos, though...
The porch I'm talking about is an enclosed one, it is not heated so it's cold out there but I'd rather work out there in the cold than in the summer heat. There's not too much left to do now, I got the boxes cut down already, mostly just the floor, which will not take long because I'm not going to move everything, I'm just going to mop the 2/3 of the floor that's showing. I actually thought it would take longer, but I did reorganize it a few months ago so mostly things just got messy, plus the shelves help in keeping things off the floor. It looks so much better now!
I'm trying to make myself call my senior client and check on the cat...I really don't want to. I have to talk to my decluttering client too.
Next:
Move laundry to dryer Check for mail and packages Restock water in fridge
Delete 10 hard emails
