wouldn't that be cool! Mari seemed pretty naive to me--she started out as a child driving her family crazy throwing everything out. Now she gets it!
DONE: outfit shower face hair
HOUSE GOALS: wash sheets finish dishes
finish organizing spices reorganize several shelves in the kitchen clear and clean counters and short table put toddler stuff on short table--Valentine cards?
consolidate my files--need to reconfigure office space here put stuff by door in car (donations/consignment) sort shopping bags and add to donation stash pick up the floors vacuum floors maybe a quick mop? put big boxes in the craft room mirror vanity sink bowl

She taught me a few things about folding, and made me actually think about things instead of ignoring them. No idea she is retiring, i thought she was about 20 years old.
I slowly did some vacuuming then more organizing, i moved the boxes and trash to the door I tidied a small pile of papers Dusted the bedroom and polished some furniture
Resting for a while now just reading up some stuff online.

Oust, I don't know if she's actually retiring (although I'm sure she has enough money to, considering how many people bought her books!) I just heard she was going to spend time with her children rather than decluttering--which is kind of funny since I'm sure many of the people who bought her books thought they could spend time with their children AND declutter.
I have such a strong urge to go downstairs and start putting together the other bookcase I bought. I need to resist this urge, since a) it's the kind that will take me a long time to put together and I have other things I should be doing instead, b) it will completely mess up the living room with boxes and styrofoam pieces and bags from hardware and tools, and c) it's too chilly today to work on something like this since it will involve crawling around on the floor. It will be warmer for the whole next week, I should do it then. After I do some of the other things I need to do that are more important.

Friday night again, it's the weekend at last!
Done: Cleared air dryer and folded laundry Watered plants Achieved coffee table zero Booked an appointment with a bathroom designer for next Saturday Threw out a hairbrush I broke this morning Cleared some expired food out of the fridge
To do this weekend: Load of laundry (I would have done tonight but there wasn't really enough to make it worthwhile!) Continue working in the spare room Put away laundry upstairs If I can get some more trash collated by tomorrow afternoon, consider a quick run to the recycling centre

Friday!!! I woke up to the good news that we were having a snow day!!! really a cold day -it is 1°F here and that does not consider the windchill.
It was so fun to be home! I took puppy to daycare, then I was just here and my introverted self loved it (I am an equal introvert and an extrovert).
I did do a little bit of work- I had a meeting with a vendor who did not have a snow day and I also worked on a project /just minimal.
I really enjoyed being home! did the dishes, watched some Netflix, vacuumed the living room, dining room, kitchen, stairs and upstairs hallway. updated my check in book and paid a bunch of bills cooked myself some dinner
I did do some laundry - I stripped my bed and DD bed, washed sheets and then put them back on - I was surprised that folding laundry and putting the sheets on the beds took about 40 minutes! I did not think it would take that long
I picked up puppy- now we’re in our house. I’m so dearly thankful for a warm, cozy house on such a cold night …praying for the animals and people who don’t have a good place to stay tonight
I plan to watch a little Netflix and head to bed soon good night
One special part of the day was playing with boycat /he had cabin fever but knew it was too cold to go out/ with puppy at daycare, sweet boycat could play freely and I could toss tiny cat toys that are a choking hazard to pup
