Welcome to February! showered and dressed, drank my coffee, but vacuumed instead of walking
now I'll eat lunch, take my supplements, & go for a walk after

Thanks for starting the thread, BetsyMarie. Hi, inwiththenew.  I've been avoiding nearly all work for several days. Being haphazard and doing time wasters just made depression worse, so today I plan to start turning this sad cycle around. Washed Round 1 dishes. Put away dishes. Neatened up dirty dishes; put the cutlery in a pan of soapy water, and made like-with-like piles of dishes.  Fill pill minder. Make bed and have meds. Restart habit journal. Get dressed. ?Run errands? (bank, library, grocery)

Hi, razy. Good start! Continuing with a combination of the essential and the easy: Scrubbed and rinsed the five yogurt containers and put them in recycling. Took out recycling. Grabbed the last few days of accumulated mail and tossed all junk mail into recycling. Fill pill minder. Make bed and have meds.Restart habit journal. Get dressed. Finish filling out %&*# census form.?Run errands? (bank, library, post office, grocery)

Hi, BetsyMarie ! Conspicuous neglect: I haven't taken any meds since Saturday, nor have I been eating much or well. I'm grateful I had bulk cooked rice. This afternoon I finally made myself a cooked lunch. Filled pill minder. Made bed and had meds. Restarted habit journal for February (a low bar for exercise, fruits, and vegetables, up from zilch). Get dressed. Finish filling out %&*# census form.
Do stretches. ?Run errands? (bank, library, post office, grocery)

Oh goldenthreads. Days get hard to do routine things. I often don't start my day until it is near over. I have found that hard boiling a few eggs and making ramen noodles it quick and easy. We had a dusting of snow overnight but the walkway was clear TaDa took out garbage just now. Regular kitchen and 1 thing. The thing was sentimental but has not been out for 22 years-so gone. Did not make progress on tax return. It is harder this year to do the downloads for security purpose. I could not make the account code work. dishes moved from sink to drytowel to do tomorrow now

 Watered garden Summer pruned roses Took photos of flowers- I am very happy with my flower garden this summer Kitchening Made yoghurt Shower Lunch Went to appointment Shopping- More plants Vacuumed car  I should plant the seedlings I have just bought but it's more likely I'll just lie on the couch until it's time to make dinner, maybe read at little.
