You are doing mighty work in changing a very difficult situation for yourself belannadax.  There is much discussion around weaponized incompetence online. I am so glad you are getting the sleep you need, lack of sleep is terrible for our health, both mental and physical. |

belannadax, i love reading your updates - and the idea of color coded dishes and that you got things done during your respite that filled your own heart and your own well. Brava!
