Good morning all! We have gotten a nice break from the heat here.  ta-da's: Filled up the dishwasher, started a load. Filled a large bag with recyclables, and carried it out to the main road. Went plogging filled up a shopping bag with trash. someone had recently plowed up some land along the road exposing stuff that has likely been buried for years/decades. I didn't get it all, just what was reasonably close to the road.  Started a load of laundry to-do: Eat breakfast Call into CLA meeting in 30 minutes Continue with dishes and laundry |

Good morning, Ally .   Got up early after just one snooze alarm. [back pat] Learned how landlord fertilizes the garden. Changed out water filter.  Gather things for Goodwill. Shower and get dressed. Go to dentist. Go to Goodwill. |

goldenthreads!  for getting things ready to go to Goodwill! I have a problem that I get things ready to go, but never really get them out. I was planning on doing this on my last trip to the dentist, but it didn't happen. ta-da: Called into CLA meditation meeting Dishwasher has been unloaded. A few bowls didn't get clean. They are soaking in the sink, everything else has been put away. The dryer has been unloaded and clothes put away Food prep for work meals this week has been started. Ate lunch I have been contemplating my goals and strategy for getting my home uncluttered/dehoarded. I have made some progress, but it has been slow, and it seems that I haven't been very good at maintaining areas that have been cleared. to-do: Feed the chickens. There is one minor tweak I need to do on their automatic door. It's getting hung-up when it opens, so only opens half-way. Put stuff from sink into the dishwasher, scrub the bowls a little so hopefully they get cleaned next time around. Figure out what I want to pack for lunch for the next few days, and start working on it.

ta-da:
Scrubbed the bowls and put them back in the dishwasher along with some other items.
Brought in mail and added it directly to the box of paper to be recycled
Fed chickens
Pulled weeds for a while. Every spring, I think I can keep on to of the weeds, but by the end of July, it is easy to see that they have won. (I dump pulled weeds into the chicken run.)
to-do:
Rehydrate. It's cooler, but it's still hot!
Food for tomorrow's lunch at work?
I'm going to take a break for a few minutes.

Ally I goofed on the Goodwill stuff. I almost put them in the car, but then told myself I'd grab them from the launch pad on the way out. I did not.  Went to dentist. Went to Home Depot. Looked at dehumidifiers and bought some DampRid. Put Goodwill stuff in car. I will do a group of errands tomorrow. Change bank PW. Wash dishes. Do stretches.

goldenthreads, at least you have them in the car now! ta-da: Took a break Made my lunch for tomorrow... mostly. I still am waiting for an ingredient. (DH ran out to the store) Printed up a house cleaning schedule that I found online. I'm hoping to adapt it for my own use. to-do: Laundry room: Find 5 things to throw away, 5 things to put away Tidy up kitchen

I want to shift my internal clock to an earlier time. Today I ended up taking an afternoon nap to make up for an early morning. Will work on a more gradual shift. Washed a load of clothes after dripping BBQ sauce on my shirt. (Parental voice: "Sit up straight when you eat!") Took out trash, recycling, and compostables. Put out one bin for collection. tomorrow Put away clothes from rack. Change bank PW. Wash dishes. Do stretches. Transfer load to dryer and rack.
