Things I will do this weekday
1. Strength training three days this week 2. Get boxes to the dumpster 3. Get medicine from the pharmacy 4. Schedule rides for the coming week 5. Schedule meals for next Tuesday 6. Clear surfaces near the bed 7. Clear tables near the computer 8. Clear my kitchen counter 9. Pick up stuff off the floor 10. Put medicine away 11. Put clothes away 12. Take out trash 13. Do Reports for a couple of fellowships 14. Do numbers 15. Bring books back to the library 16. Receive a book from the library 17. Go through my e-mail 18. Light a candle for the people who died on 9-11-01

Happy Monday morning - I can barely keep my eyes open and I am not sure why!
It was the trifecta of food festivals this weekend. Jewish, indian, italian and greek. Greek was the best, hands down. We had quite the storms this weekend. Friday night was a terrible storm while we were at one of the food festivals. the crowd was sparse so we got in and got our food with no waiting in line. Saturday it stormed after we got home. Last night it stormed later on - just as my daughter was leaving. She had come over to celebrate grandparents day and have ice cream at the ALF.
Today is overcast and cool and feels like it could rain at any moment. But there is no rain in the forecast.
Over the weekend I managed to get lots of laundry done including some for my dad. I got some put away.
I have a wedding shower this weekend and I got the coolest gift but I cannot remember where I put it! 5 days to be on the lookout!
OK - time for work -

Over lunch I will order a shower gift. I had in my head to spend a certain amount so I will spend a little less and then hopefully find the gift I bought and be able to add to it. Or I can make it up on the wedding gift.
I am waking up a bit more - not sure why my eyes wanted to close this morning.
Dreading this but I might have to make a list......
One piece of paper from SS stands between me and closing the estate. I have spent all summer calling SSA and waiting on the phone for an hour and requesting it to be mailed to me only to find out it is something that cant be forwarded. I called friday to make an appointment to go to a local office and the woman hung up on me. And I was actually being polite. She told me I didn't need to make an appointment and to just show up. I used to work in the same building as SSA and the lines were horrendous. So today I called the remote and rural office and explained what I needed. She answered within a minute and was able to print the paper I needed. It is at the front desk waiting for me! It will be worth the 45 min drive to get it!
Meeting with the real estate agent today....boom - things are moving along.

Good morning womble and everypony!
I am also sleepy this morning, ohblondie . probably from all the medications I tried for the lower back pain. Congrats on your progress!
I am more or less done with the top half of the kitchen (cabinets and counters). it looks so nice! I am going to move on to another corner of the house that I had shoved things into. I want to reorganize two small bookcases, find a home for cleaning products, and utilize a wicker trunk for storage. I need to raise it up on something so DMIL can reach into it. (she uses a rollator.) It also has some kid sized chairs and a Mr Bean doll and a big teddy.
We haven't found a base for the queen mattress that is coming tomorrow. I also haven't done a thing for DVD's birthday tomorrow. we plan to do some things later in the month, but I need to get a card together at least. in any case, we need to make room by moving items from the bedroom to the multiroom. and start packing up our stuff that is at DMIL's house.

ohblondie so happy for you that you tried different things and are able to pick up the paper you need. Red tape is so annoying. Extra driving is well worth it for sure. I have been dealing with some legal paperwork and hope to be able to pick up what I need later this week. Fingers crossed!
mylittlescholar I wish you lived close to me. You are such an amazing worker and organizer!!
This afternoon and evening will be a lot of driving for me with an appointment and then going to DD2's to pick up something. For a second while I was writing I forgot what I was supposed to pick up. Now I remember but these little brain f*rts are crazy. 
So not much got done this morning.

Good afternoon, I just got home from the doctor, as usual, there was a long wait, but I had a good book with me. It did rain both on the way and back but very lightly.
When I go to the doctor's office I don't have my shopping cart with me and I can tell the difference in the effort it takes to walk. Next time I will just take the shopping cart with me. I will probably need a walker soon...that's kind of depressing.
When I got home I took the dog out to the yard, now I will have lunch and decompress.

Okay, I'm finally feeling back to normal.
This morning while waiting to leave for my appointment I did a lot of little fiddly sorting of my cards, stickers, etc--things that usually seem too detail oriented to spend time on. I also started rearranging a shelving unit of plant supplies in that room. There's still lots more to do in there. The next 3 days will be cool and comfortable, so I will hopefully get a lot done.

Struggling with illness today. I've been aiming to hit ten tasks a day rather than my minimum of three lately and I definitely don't feel I could have done more than this maintenance today.
Done:
Load of laundry
Cleared air dryer
Folded and bagged laundry
Vacuumed living room
Achieved dining table zero
Laundry from machine to dryer
Sent a follow up email about The Bathroom Situation
Set out clothes for tomorrow
Achieve coffee table zero
Handled mail

Went to the Dental school for my 6 month appointment today. Health of gums has improved since my first visit. I have one more appointment next week. This Time i had a new student who was very nice. $25 for a dental cleaning can't be beat!
Nothing done today as i took a nap when i got home
Looks like DH washed some dishes and took a trash bag down when i was gone.

Good morning scholar and everyone!
Cando, I hope your mom's okay, and you too, with all of your stressful situations lately.
Last night the dog had NO panting at all during the night, did not have to go out, and I slept for about 4-5 hours straight for the first time in a long time. And it's cold outside! So I hope that means I'll be productive today.
