Hi all, nice to see lots of activity the past few days. done yesterday: Set up new trash can in the small but functional kitchen. It's wider and taller, trash bags fit perfectly, but does not seem to take up more room though it holds twice as much. And it was half price. This will solve quite a few problems going forward. Sometimes it takes very little to make me happy done: -up, cats herded -bed straightened -looked to see what needs doing Todo: -dishes -food prep -start organizing in sun room - new bins are supposed to arrive today.

This is how it goes with my working memory: I wanted to log in to my library account. I realized I wasn't sure of the number, so I got up to get my library card from my purse, about three seconds' walk away. Instead I continued on my usual route walking past it into the kitchen, realized I could wash a few more dishes in the water still in the sink, and did them. Then I took my pills and put the container away. I walked back toward my computer and asked myself what was it that I was supposed to do next, and then I remembered the library card. It had probably been five or ten minutes since I'd gotten up. I used to think people who talked to themselves were lonely or odd. I think I need to adopt it as a strategy. I am going to get my card, my library card, library card...
Hi, BetsyMarie. Thanks, Ally. This is stressful. My biggest concern is making an expensive mistake. Washed dishes. Made bed and had meds. Used public library access to find several Consumer Reports used car articles. I've been trying to download them, but they're buried somewhere in digital murkiness. goldenthreads, If you are interested in a toyota, send me a DM and I might be able to help with recommendations. (I have family in the business.) ta-da: Looked at my email. I had attempted to apply for a alumni reunion, but I'm not getting responses to my form that I submitted. (I contacted the organization and they said they never got the form, but would be emailing me the registration information, but I'm not seeing it.) I noticed that one of the winter squash I purchased in the fall was rotten. I threw it out into the compost. Went to the basement where I have more, and found one that had a bad spot, chopped it up threw out the bad part, am baking the rest. Laundry, started a load Got the mail, put it all into the recycling bin Added more stuff to the dishwasher to-do: I need to make an appointment to take cat to the vet for blood work (for hyperthyroidism) Continue to declutter Continue with laundry

Myy house is a mess because I have been prioritising the painting and the garden is a disaster! Unfortunately motivation is low and I have a sore back ...but I will persist Coffee and intentions Fed what needs Fed Fold some washing Get started on painting

I am interested in Toyotas, Ally! I want to educate myself a little more, but I'll DM you sometime soon. I want to get the replacement by sometime next week. Hi, razy! Keep up the good work. 🏠The good news is you don't have to paint every year! I found the downloaded articles. They're in an odd, new place. Took out recycling and compostables. Picked up and consolidated the plastic planting pots that had blown about the yard. Email another family member.Text the other family member. Choose one financial thing and take care of it. working in the sun room. It;s a big job. -new bins came and were unpacked. -shifted items on large shelving unit with wheels -moved shelving to new location in the sun room - it fits the new spot, but was tough to past the sharp corner -shifting more stuff in sun room. a good amount should be tossed -emptied, mostly, another piece of furniture that stored stuff that should go into another room Todo: -more of the same. It's a good project that should turn out well. It does not feel intimidating, and it's kinda fun.

Hi everyone . I have posted off and on for the last several years. I couldn’t find my profile so created new. I have been overwhelmed with sick children and am struggling to focus and stay on task so I decided to join the WITs again for awhile. Everything has gotten so behind and I need to catch up again.
So my Ta-das so far today is I made my bed And switched out laundry. My next to-dos is to start a new load of laundry Get dressed & Feed the children breakfast.

goldenthreads reading back through some of the thread . I can’t say enough good about the Toyota Prius. If that is in your consideration The only thing I can really say negative is if you need a replacement battery at some point it can be expensive

Thanks, missie. I know someone with an old Prius who is very satisfied with the car. Thanks for weighing in! I love your avatar. I remember those days. Hope your kids get well soon so you can get a little down time for yourself.
