He should patent this concept. I've never seen anything like it before. Very clever.
Did you notice how cluttered his office area was? Opposite of his stainless steel sliding walled home.

This is a common storage system. We used similar methods in our Central Supply in the hospital. Personally I thought it was a pain to go crank the handle to get the moving shelving units to move on their tracks in order to get whatever supply the nursing staff needed. They were heavy and the whole process was time consuming.
I know this type of rolling storage is used in other industries also, and it does increase storage when you only really need one aisle. But I don't think I'd want to live that way.
The guy certainly is innovative, though. But I was wondering how the guest in the guest bedroom would feel if the owner had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

I wish I was that visually creative. The only way I could transform a tiny apartment into 24 rooms is if I used all my boxes of mystery stuff.  |

that's pretty amazing. and here, i was freaking out about needing to downsize to a one-bedroom apartment and trying to figure out how to make it work. i need this guy to come visit me.
