So, heres the thing. With the house on its journey to eventually clean, we've managed to get the living room to a livable state. With the cleanliness has come a new purchase. It was rather expensive and large but now we have this box, this HUGE BOX that is just sorta sitting in the back room because Im not sure how to get rid of it without alerting potential theives in the area that we have made a new expensive purchase. Thoughts, comments, suggestions on getting rid of the box. It wont fit in either of the cars so that we can just bring it to a large dumpster and pop it in.
Frustrated with the box drama Tracy

get a box cutter and whack it into pieces that'll fit in a contracters bag or dispose of elsewhere once sliced up :>

I go with hacking it up in pieces. Can you put it out for recycle just before they arrive so it's not out long enough for anyone to see?

Box cutter idea is good. One big box we had we cut it so it was open and laying flat and then let the kids draw all over it. A huge floor canvas. It was fun. We all doodled all over it. Yes even the adults got into it. Then cut it all up and trash it.

Let children make a fort/house/club house out of it.
