I think the Maze interactive part is too black and white. For instance, if you choose that yes there is an accumulation of rubbish and a few other choices, it instructs you to contact authorities, their landlord, etc.
This could be terrible and devastating advice in a number of cases. I'm not saying there aren't cases where this might be necessary for the person's own safety, but there are plenty of other cases where all it's going to do is make someone homeless.
Let common sense prevail.

Clutterfree, I thought that too. I seem to remember this is part of a wider project to address squalor/hoarding and I thiunk it is more likely to be used by community-workers etc, but it is a bit of a blunt instrument.

I think it's a good resource, it's basically a list of all the community services and council departments that could be of use to people faced with deqsualoring and the interactive maze is simplifying how to work out who to contact for specific problems. I don't see the problem with it.
