Cando, That would be spendid to have company! Di might spend some time here today as well. I grabbed a few arm-loads of stuff in the basement and was able to chuck most of it. I went back to the laundry and started a second load. Next roll: 4, which takes me to 11, outdoor work, which I'll do for a little while, then back to laundry, then reroll.

My list for today: 1 Area around computer 2 Downstairs bathroom 3 Upstairs bathroom 4 Laundry room (folding an putting away clean clothes) 5 Entryway 6 Downstairs hallway 7 Basement, near door 8 1 box of DD's stuff 9 Cat box 10 Exercise 11 Yard work 12 Pay bills I just spent a bit of time outside Picked up and tossed some trash Pulled some weeds and added them to the compost Noticed that one of the chickens had gotten into the trap and stole the bait I had left in there last night. It managed not to get trapped. He/She probably doesn't weigh enough to trigger it. I'll have to re-bait the trap this evening. Rolled a 2, which brings me back to 1. Computer area. First I will deal with the stuff in the dryer.

So, chicken stole the bait. I was wondering if you caught the predator last night... Okay, I spent 15 minutes going thru another old purse -- there were only 2 left in the bag plus a receipt & an empty check box that had 2 bows in it. * tossed 2 bows *put empty box in recycle bag *put 2006 receipt in Tax Box From going thru purse: * emery board put in kitchen junk drawer... I will use this and am happy I found it as I really needed one & keep forgetting to buy one. * put housekey that is on cute key chain in my Office Supply Closet where we keep spare keys. * put book of matches away *2005 receipts into Tax Box *2006 receipt into Tax Box *Tossed: 1 pad, 1 tampon, 6 chapsticks , 1 lipstick, 4 pens, 4 little vials of eye drops. * Put the following in Giveaway bag: 2 "Leashables", 1 box of bandaides, 1 notepad. *14 papers into recycle bag *$1.25 put in piggy bank *Tossed 1 old, broken but pretty purse I'm gonna have to switch over to the WITs thread for the next few hours... Keep on, keepin' on! CD

Wow, Cando, you are making progress with those purses!
I checked on the laundry, and the stuff in the dryer is still quite wet, so I sorted through lots of papers here by the computer and was able to recycle. shred a whole bunch! Went outside to check dryer vent, to make sure it wasn't clogged up where it exits the house, which sometimes happens. Pulled a few more weeds on my way.
Next roll: 4, which takes me to 5, the entryway, which is still piled with stuff that DD brought home from college! Yikes! Then I'll go back to check on the dryer again.

The stuff in the dryer is STILL quite damp! I worked a little in the entry way. I took about 20 hangers to DD's room and hung them in her closet. I tossed most of the stuff that was in a bag. Left some things to think about later.
My next roll is a 1 which takes me to the hallway. I had made lots of progress here a few months ago, but that came to a halt. I need to get working on this. I ALMOST had this area completely cleared.
Then back to check on the dryer again.

Andrea, Precancerous? That would be a little unsettling I would think. I'm glad they caught it early. What class/classes are you taking?
Thanks for joining me here today! I'm getting a little tired, so I might take a break for a little while. Maybe I'll have some yogurt with some fruit.
Then I'll have some more laundry to deal with.

Hello Andrea! I'm glad your doctor found the tumor since it was pre-cancerous! Good to get rid of it as soon as possible. I vacuumed the couch (which I've been putting off for an entire week) AND, put the covers back on, cleaned a hairball off of the windowsill as well as put the vacuum away. Next roll: 9, write out birthday card. Diane

Okay, book packaged and also made a list of what I need from the post office, I'm going to leave for there in about 45 minutes, and go directly to my 5:30 walk since it's in the same direction. I hope I can judge the time accurately, the post office is rather unpredictable! Okay, next roll: 7 again, package a book. I already rolled 7 but since 2 of my other numbers are also packaging books, I'll do this one. Diane

Organized the wires in the family room plus straightened up part of the floor and got the blu-ray player hooked up.
Next roll is 11 which is organize stuffed animals which should be fairly easy. After this challenge I need to take my younger ds to the middle school for orientation for special needs students.
