Hi, Razy, djollydjolan & Margarita. And 'Hi' to everyone from yesterday: CanDo, Celeste, AnnieOkie (have I been spelling your name incorrectly? - I'm sorry), and udderchaos. You all got so much done yesterday. Dawn is coming later and later. We'll be changing the clocks in about 10 days, and I think that makes dawn come earlier again. But darkness will fall earlier, too. In any case, that's when we are changing back to our winter hours at the restaurant. And we are adding a mid-afternoon closing, too. Something we have not done before, but probably should have done. We get almost no business for a couple of hours in the afternoon. Guaranteed breaks for Hubby & me! That'll be good. Plus the payroll hours we'll save, even more beneficial. Razy, you are really whipping through that school work these past few days/weeks. Djolly, you do have a busy day planned. I've seen you whipping through your home like a whirlwind, as well as the school work. And the shopping you have planned. I'm getting tired just thinking about your list. Margarita, good to see you here. Celeste, I didn't put the tire back in the car yet, so the nails are still okay. I did get some of the tools back into the car. Until I have a long distance drive, I guess I'm okay without the spare. Hubby took it out before taking my car in for work because they needed access to the trunk. eagle's Wednesday morning wake-up routine laundry: one load in washer put away clean dishes 300 seated twists on stability ball Yoga weights (about 10 minutes) wiped up coffee I spilled hung up 4 winter blouses (hoping to get the wrinkles out the easy way) put another blouse into donation bag re-set my pedometer sprayed preservative on leaf put spare tire back in my car vitamins & apple take a walk throw something away clean something write ToDo list for restaurant office (lots of financial stuff and advertising & signs ToDo today) start draft guidelines document for committee (COC annual event) shower, dress, go to work shopping trip for the restaurant

hey razy, as almost always thank ya for starting this thread so early..
and i am overjoyed, i slept for 8 hours last night.. i did take a xanax and a tylenol3 but gosh golly i slept 8 hours and i woke up feeling so much better. it's amazing.
margarita- thanks for birthday wishes:>
eagle- morning, hope the new winter hours go well at the rstaurant, sounds like it should be good all around.. a siesta! my list makes me tired too:/ meh
annie-the gas prices are jaw dropping now, but i heard on the news opec is talking about reducing production to try and jack prices back up.. nice huh? i hope you don't have strep.. or bleh, maybe if you did at least it's somethng antibiotics usually kick nicely.. but either way hope you're on the mend soon.
cando- thank ya for birthday wishes:> todo lists are weird creatures and can totally overwhelm me so sometimes i hate them.. but i figure the stuff is there to get done either way whether i acknowledge it up front or not so at least i might as well have some idea of what i'm aiming for.. i'm wondering how the eating area is going for you though!

I'm scaling back the "to-do" list and will list "ta-das" instead. I need a bit of a break or I'll start rebelling! Go to eye exam Visit Mother Take new sheets/bedspread/waterproof mattress pad to Mom's place Have Mother try on the new slippers for fit Wash dishes in Mom's kitchenette Razy - Thanks for starting the thread again. Your list may be "too big", but you get most of it done each day, so give yourself extra kudos. Okay? Hope you find something to reward yourself during your time off. You deserve it. djdj - I'm glad you got some sleep last night. That can make a huge difference in the way we feel. The idea of giving yourself the present of a clean house on your birthday is a good one as far as it goes, but don't wear yourself out to the point that you are too tired to enjoy your birthday! Suggestion: Scale it back to giving yourself a cleaner house. If you decide you've had enough for one day, I'd prefer to see you stopping early rather than driving yourself too far. Margarita - It is great to see you posting here! Welcome! A trip to the beach sounds lovely, doesn't it? Just the thought is relaxing. Eagle - You are making steady progress through your list. Impressive. The shorter days will give you a nice break at the restaurant. Hurray! AnnieOkie - Take care of yourself, hon! Strep throat can be nasty. I'm glad your fiance doesn't require your presence for the World Series. It's a great night to relax on your own. Cando - Nice list of "ta-das" there! It's growing rapidly too, I see. Great job! Saffron - You've got a great start on your list! Not much more to do. Good luck on the shopping for your DAunt. As much as I may enjoy it, shopping can wear me completely out, so I connected with that task immediately.

Thanks everyone. Our PA here at work gave me 7 days worth of antibiotics and an Rx for the almost definite yeast infection that comes with antibiotic use. I may knock off a little early today and head home for a quiet afternoon/evening to myself. Fiance will be engrossed in the World Series tonight anyway, so a good night for some vegging out.
