This is from yesterday's Listzilla, I just wanted to post it on today's so everyone could see.....
I forgot one thing and I am posting it separately so I KNOW everyone can see it and I will HAVE to deal with it.
Younger son checked out library book last year. I did not follow up on getting it returned. Cannot locate it in squalor. I WILL go to library this evening and pay for the book. He is going to library with Cub Scouts tomorrow and I want him to be able to check out a book.
So for the day, my squalor will have cost me about $120 (plumber+book).
Before I left work for home yesterday, I called home and asked son to take one last look through the mounds of stuff in the living room and see if he could find the book. HE FOUND IT!!! I was so happy to just have to pay the fine than to buy the book. We went to the library together and paid the fine. Now he can check one out today with the Scouts!

Annie--glad Ds found the book! Chris--how's work going now?
Today's tadas: 1)dressed2shoes 2)made my bed 3)made out check & filled out forms for DD 4)took DD to school 5)came home & then, took DS to school 6)took puppy 7)walked with DAngelDog around lake at a good clip until my ankles or shins started hurting me. Stopped & stretched out my lower legs and they felt better so finished the walk. 15 minute walk. Saw that Great Blue Heron again. Even closer to us this time & I'm certain it was watching us this time... a little unnerving since it is such a BIG bird... 8)swiped back bathroom toilet 9)swiped some of back bathroom floor 10)sent email re: sweatpants 11)made phone call re: DD's locker issue--I think they are going to give her another locker in a building that will now provide some relief for her...one that she at least has a couple classes in... Ridiculous policies in the school. Had to pull one of those super-threats... Well, not really a thread. Just told them that I could get a letter from her doctor, if needed.... 12)went to grocery store for 2 itesm: noodles & Aquify for DS. 13)Yay!!! Not a victim of Identity Theft after all!!! I received a letter yesterday from Telecheck that was worded a little vague but also stated that I now have "favorable status & no derogatory information" & an apology. My DH thought the wording meant that they had made a mistake, but I wanted to be sure... So, I called & there was NO identity theft! They had made an error!!! I am so thrilled that I no longer have to pursue anything regarding this!!! (yes, their mistake caused me a lot of time, aggravation, stress & yes I considered checking myself in due to inability to handle things..., but now I am just so happy that it was just one big mistake...) 14)tossed 3 or 4 old birthday cards of DH's from July. 15)tossed/recycled some of today's mail 16)put away my b-day gifts & threw what was trash away, some stuff into recycle bag, pretty gift bag & tissue was put in wrapping paper box... put cards on display... 17)cooked some supper 18)put left-overs away 19)washed at least 3 sinkfuls of dishes 20)went to groc. store, again...got much more this time out.
21)folded/hung load of laundry 22)put that load away 23)fed dogs 24)watered dogs 25)earlier today...emailed back & forth, & think that sweatpant issue is resolving... 26)pulled out 3 food items from refrigerator before they grew mold & tossed 27)about 4 swipe & pick ups of hair from kitchen floor 28)emptied kitchen trash, sprayed can & replaced bag 29)put 7 bottles/jars into recycle bag Back to it. You know cando, I had a similar experience. I know this isn't what happened to you, but for me I think it probably started when I wrote a check that did not clear the bank, but one day....out of the blue....long after I had cleared all of this up, 7-11 would not accept my check. It was embarrassing and I called and finally had them tell me they were sorry, but there had been a mistake. I am so glad this turned out well for you and you don't have to change everything!!

Hi Annie --- I'm so glad your son found the book!!!!! Hi Cando -- Whew - that's got to be a relief for you that it was not identity theft after all! My work is going good -- my client had been in the hospital for 4 days and it was really intense, I worked a lot of hours helping her but she is much better! Today she goes to the doctor for a checkup and hopefully we'll find out everything is ok now. Since I put in way over 80 hours already, they have not called on me to do extra and so I've been catching up on my life and resting up! Yesterday I voted and today I'm doing laundry!!!!! Our weather is super good here in South Texas today! The rest of my day........ Finish laundry - 2 loads Cook supper Read Wash dishes Pack for the water aerobics tomorrow Look at DA homework for step 3 Watch a movie Maybe go thru one more box of winter clothing!
