Bugger me, my cold got worse. Now I'm just lying around leaving tissues everywhere..... Jeebus, give me a break! I try to get things clean, and something seems to always conspire against me. Am I self sabotaging? Do you think I'm maybe scared of having a clean house? I just think I answered my own question. Don't mind me, I'll be fine when my head isn't full of boogers

I'm sorry that you have a cold udder I have all but finished my port folio just a couple of finishing touches and it is already to be handed in on Monday. My house is a absolute mess so I hope to get it under control over the weekend. Already I have taken some books back to the library, tidies the dinning room table and have gathered up about 4 ton of paper that was all over the place - I can see my bedroom floor again! Thanks for the support everyone! It has really meant a lot me that I could post here everyday.

Hi Razy, Annie & Udder. Your posts really are funny, Udder, but I know that living like this is really not very funny at all. I felt the same way as you a couple weeks ago with the Identity issue & being sick, too. Right when I felt most motivated! Anyway, good luck to you. CD

udderchaos - I hope you feel better soon! My husband has a cold too and it seems just as you describe. No fun! razy - way to go on your port folio project!!!!!!! My Thursday.......... Up, shower, dress, fix hair Eat breakfast Feed cats Prepare book to mail Work 10 - 2 Errands ? Lunch Cups Groceries Wash dishes Cook dinner Decide about my meeting Mail book Movie!? Cinema therapy via DVD Go to DA meeting maybe can't decide I'm in one of those moods. I can't figure out what it is. All I want to do it retreat -- stay home with a blanket and a movie. Work is going fine but there are several stressful upcoming events for my client that I will be taking her to - jury duty - colonoscopy - etc. so I don't know if that is what is making me anxious. Or it could be money issues. I'm on the last few weeks of paying the property taxes and money has never seemed tighter. My DA meeting is not going well - people are not showing up. I wish money problems could be solved quickly but of course it takes consistency. I don't know, it could be the weather being cooler which I normally love. My husband is sick again this time a bad cold. We just got thru with the stomach virus. I need to find something for him to raise his immunities. He goes to the nursing home everyday (well not when he's sick) and I think he's bringing home bugs from there. Sorry to be glum. Maybe this day will be calm and reasonable and maybe I will be in a much better frame of mind when I get home this afternoon. There is much to be grateful for even among the issues. Thanks for being here, this place inspires me and keeps me going!!!!

Hi y'all. Looks like we've all been busy.
Tadas: 1)dressed2shoes 2)took DD to school 3)came back home & took DS to school 4)paid a credit card bill at bank 5)went to other bank... -- had to do some paperwork there that I normally would have put off & then been panicky about it... 6)got registration renewal done for DH's van -- Not past due, Yay! 7)went shopping at JC Penney's...bought jeans and a few shirts...just casual stuff, bought some cute sweaters & shirts for DD, ordered 1 sweater that they were out of in her size, ordered 2 pairs of blackjeans for myself & a couple pairs of blue jeans for DMom. Really took forever there... comedy of mistakes, errors, changing of policies since last there, computers not working, etc. -- I am proud of myself for not giving them a piece of my mind or storming out without buying anything. THat would have really hurt myself more than them. It would have taken me as long or longer to find things somewhere else, or worse yet, may not have been able to find anything else. So, smiled and was pleasant.... 8)played with puppy 9)picked up DS from school 10)went to cleaners 11)went to Sam's Club 12)picked up DD from school 13)put away stuff from Sam's Club 14)remembered to take check re: magazine fundraiser... 15)this morning put 3 bags of stuff out for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to pick up -- included nice pair of men's hiking boots. Finally, DH let me give those away...he had wanted to find someone in DS's boy scout troop who needed them. I just wanted to get them out.... 16)went thru today's mail & put it all away or tossed/recycled. Most was recycled. Maintaining kitchen table in eating area. 17)unloaded dishwasher 18)put away hand-washed stuff from drainboard 19)returned shirt from today's shopping spree that they left ink-dye tag on & had to be removed...plus had $10.00 coupon so saved some more money on it, too. 20)made out check for DS's Orchestra trip 21)Washed all dishes, pots & pans 22)put Load in washer 23)moved load to dryer 24)played with puppy some more 25)folded/hung load of laundry 26)put that load away 27)emptied kitchen trash, sprayed can & replaced bag 28)hung up all the clothes that I bought including the things DD will not even get to try on until probably Saturday or Sunday--normally they would stay in the bag until they are either worn or forgotten about.... It was a challenge finding enuf hangars & then finding room to put things... Put the clothes for her to try on in the Laundry area on a hanging bar.... 29)emptied back bathroom trash 30)emptied front bathroom trash
Good night. CD 8)
