Where's razy? How am I sposed to get things done without my list? Well, I'll do it then. To post our hopes/goals and desqualoring progress on a day-to-day basis. The goal of this daily thread: We're here to be accountable for ourselves and accomplish stuff (no matter how small the task). If we succeed or fail, we know there'll be someone always looking out for us and posting supportive comments/responses, (i.e., those who participate are paying attention and following up on the progress of others who participate). Participation requirements: None. Just jump in and join in whenever you feel like it!

Hi Udder - sorry for not being here this morning. I have been at work all day 9.30 - 6pm. Since I have been home I have eaten dinner and taken the dog out for a run. I plan to shower and then go to bed and watch TV. Trinny and Susanah are on tonight - love them! Every one has been very busy and there seems to be a theme of people feeling unwell or unhappy so remember to look after yourself. Strange as it sounds back in the days when I had bad depression if I allowed myself to have a day off and just feel uck, without guilt I came good again much quicker than the times that I kept trying to push myself. (bearing in mind I have no kids and very little responsibility) Have a good day everyone!

Happy Hollowe'en, Tricksters. Have a nice treat today, if that is your inclination. I have lot's to do today, including going to the cities to pick up 6 dozen glasses. Hurray! Less pressure on the dishwasher to get the glasses cleaned and polished (no water spots) in quick time. Still, we instituted a couple of changes hoping to diminish glass breakage, which has been quite high lately. On the home front, I haven't repotted those plants yet. If I don't get that done today, it's not going to happen before Sunday. I hope they survive the wait sitting in the garage. eagle's Friday morning wake-up routine put on the coffee put away clean dishes vitamins, apple, water, coffee on deck (It's mild 51 degrees Farenheit here.) put away some clean laundry from laundry room laundry: started a load in the washer laundry: completed one dryer load: dry/hung/folded; second dryer load started remove potting soil from trunk of car re-set pedometer (10, 288 steps yesterday) picked up 6 dozen glasses (trip to the cities) purchased 2 recycle trash cans (almost free because I had a coupon to use up by today) clean something: many things - floors, dishes, clothes, myself throw something away shred something enjoy something: Hallowe'en costumed kids on parade - This was great. I was able to watch the parade from the front window inside the restaurant. We decided that next year we will close on Hallowe'en night. prep paperwork to send to tax accountant mail tax paperwork to appropriate agencies write checks to send with tax paperwork banking pay some bills Yoga 25 minutes, good seated twists - 450 Wow! shower, etc. get around to that manicure - got the nails clipped & filed (still haven't polished them, but typing is now easier)

happy halloween all... feeling bleh today and really down. gave up on sleeping and too restless to study right now so cleaned the bathroom.. in that special.. ocd.. i'm distressed kind of way. at least it's amazingly sparkly clean heh
* migrated out of masterbathroom that now has the overwhelming odor of bleach and into dressing area... straightened clothes and things on shelves... decided to wipe down belts, purses and shoes... why am i surprised that shoes are dirty? they wander around outside on the ground, that's their job. dragged ferret toys out from back of closet wiped down the dresser and jewelry containers on top of it threw away an inferior lintroller that insisted on falling apart. straightened up stuff in drawers, did this really recently, so not a big deal
* cleaned up bedroom... finally used the water i'd mixed up to waterchange reef... wiped down lights, tank outside, stand. wiped down the 26 gallon tank.. dusted the bookshelf and books.. scrubbed off the windowsill and washed the window and cleaned the sliding track... the ferns always do some dieback in winter so i pruned them back.. wiped down the framed pictures.. stripped bed and tossed sheets into dryer.. cleaned up electronics in the bedroom.. wiped down nightstands.. * i totally scrubbed out the animal's bathroom as another uhm joyful stress relieving activity... i also threw things into the tub and scrubbed stuff that needed scrubbing- larger animal toys, welcome mat, blahblahblah. they are still in there drying
* got bummed and curled up and cried and fell asleep for awhile * woke up and studied for polisci online midterm, took it. got 85% better than the class average in the low 60's.. that class is brutal...
* halfdone filling out bio field report form need to finish that. bleh
happy halloween eh?

Glad to hear you're feeling better udder, and I agree with you razy. Sometimes taking a day off is just what the doctor ordered. All three of our kids have deep coughs and runny noses. We're making it a point to trick or treat at all the nasty neighbors' houses this year. Good luck on the glass front, eagle, and with potting the plants. Hey Annie, we will be "psychically connected" tonight watching GhostHunters! Have fun with your son. Dj, good news on feeling better and having a sparkling bathroom. Oh, how I wish to say the same (just not today.) Today we're carving pumpkins Finishing costumes Hoping to find a dumpster (who know they'd be in such high demand?) Cleaning up the rest of the kitchen Calling MIL and apologizing for not coming over this year Find a way to stop by her house after all Going trick or treating Coming home for cinnamon baked apples raisin bagels and hot chocolate Dr Pepper And staying up to watch Ghost Hunters Starting at Midnight tonight ... National Novel Writing MonthI have written several novels through this program over the years. This year I hope to write one that actually makes sense.

Metamorphia -- Thanks for putting that link in your post & telling us about the novel writing in November. I sent that link to my DD... Looks very interesting.
Tadas Today: 1)dressed2shoes in exercise clothes 2)took DD to school 3)came home, then took DS to school 4)walked 20 minutes with DAngelDog around lake at a quick clip. 5)walked 10- 20 minutes with puppy around lake at a much slower pace. She did soo much better this morning. I was thrilled to see her make some progress & that we were able to make it all the way around the lake. I am feeling much more hopeful now. 6)filled out forms for doctor's appt. & printed them 7)Called Dr.'s office to confirm appt. as they requested. 8)showered2shoes 9)played with puppy twice so far today in addition to the walk/training 10)picked up DS from school 11)bought Halloween candy 12)trimmed fingernails 13)went to do volunteer work for DS's orchestra fundraiser to help pay for chaperones on Spring Trip...my DH will be one of them. I had to work a Concession Stand from 6:30 until 10:30pm 14)went to sleep early, but woke up during the night with a terrible headache.... DS was so sweet. I was burning up, so he put the fan on, the air conditioner & brought me a cold rag.
