Smelling good is go nice Ohblondie
I treated myself with kindness today. I enjoyed a fresh baked pumpkin spiced sweet potato muffin. And made enough food so I don't have to cook this weekend. YES

Today I must have needed to rest. Instead of beating myself up for not working on the living room, I gave myself permission to take the day off and to nap as I felt necessary. Tonight I'm feeling much better and ready to face tomorrow.

Good for you _Linda_. I agree its easy to beat ourselves up when we are tired.
My act of kindness today is to not go camping this weekend , I realized it just to much for me and I will end up sick trying to do it. So I we will do a day trip instead.

Well I am back again , after a long time gone. So my act of kindness for myself is to forgive myself for not being consistent. Since it is one of the things I really want.

So glad to have you back Dit . You are really on to something about this treating yourself with kindness thread. I didn't start living until I started walking everyday for exercise…I couldn't do it before because I couldn't "find the time."

I double goat dare you!!! Did you see on the other thread the other day when you said you were setting a goal and I read getting a goat? if you belt it out and add Chain of Fools into the medley you get a golden goat statuette with your name engraved on it.

Washed face. Used toner & moisturizer
Googled dryer balls. Am contemplating washing a feather comforter. The thought of tennis balls made of who knows what releasing toxins in heat of dryer squicks me out. Ended up on a site with wool dryer balls (who know?) And also yoga. Watched few min video. Then googled beginners yoga disabled. Yoga'd 6 min.

I made my own dryer balls mouseanne. I can't remember exactly how I did it now (goggle will tell you) but I think I was just a matter of rolling yarn into a ball and making sure the end is secure. I use them all the time instead of dryer sheets and they seem to work great. Apparently dryer sheets put gook into the dryer which isn't good for them.
