YEA - Making Changes is making us bejeweled And, thanks for the kleenex - I'm always stopped up Adding a large bag of sticky tape from my unpacking of totes yesterday. The totes were all taped up due to the move. So sticky - would make good pest catchers!! Sending three totes to the donate pile. Hope everyone enjoys the stretchy pants that are so stretchy they fall off and the men's underwear that I threw away.

cyn wow that is real progress to be giving those cattle away! phoenixcat - I understand your jealousy of the neon pink... I am slowly purging the yuk cosmetics. I hung onto that for a year after having freebies given to me. Made me look so "young" NOT!!!!

I want everyone to feel well and have the energy to party on so I donated expired meds and vitamins and food supplements. The box of VHS tapes went on top of the trash today since it gas become obvious that they aren't going to make it to a thrift shop.

I have 1/2 a pumpkin pie for us to enjoy! It's been in the freezer since Thanksgiving (Canadian mid-October) and every week DH says he's going to eat it. It was a very yucky one from costco (obviously, since it's still here, ha) and I finally figured out that answer is always, "Yes" so instead of asking if he's going to eat it, I asked if I could throw it away. Duh! Why didn't I think of that sooner?!

I would like to add my supervisor and his piss poor attitude to teh landfill - but that sounds too "Sopranos" for me and since it is illegal - I dont want to go to jail. So I am adding my poor attitude to the landfill - and I am making this a beautiful day!

Ok, we've done spitty candles, vcr tapes, boxes, and a whole lot more - how about next week we do jigsaw puzzles? I've got 2 ready already.

I don't think I have any jigsaw puzzles left, cyn. I was just thinking about that. My parents had puzzles out on the tables since I was a kid, and I often had them out for my kids. We haven't had a puzzle to stop by and fiddle with for a long time. I miss the tradition. BUT, no puzzles coming in the door until/unless I find a designated place to work on them. I might have to make that a "cool stuff" priority after I get the place cleared out. I miss the tradition of having a puzzle anybody could work on as they walked by, or had an hour to kill. Lots of conversations with Mom and sibs over puzzles. We used to have this roll-up thingie when my kids were little. It was like a felt mat that was placed on the table to start working the puzzle. The pieces were supposed to stick to it somewhat. It also had a similar top mat that turned it into a puzzle sandwich that we used to roll up the unfinished puzzle when we needed to move it off the table. Kinda cool, and worked fairly well - if you were very careful, and had a safe place to put the roll-up while not in use. Bumping or dropping it meant starting over. Aahhh, one of the good visits down memory lane...
