Yesterday I started a load in the dryer during my break, then promptly fell asleep on the couch. I barely made it back to the restaurant to open on time. So the dry laundry sat all these hours getting wrinkled. Now, most of them it doesn't matter, but the one thing that needed pulled out right away is badly wrinkled and very dry.
My task is to get it wet with the next load of laundry and dry it again and pull it out in time to prevent wrinkles.
No, instead of re-washing it, I put the dryer on for a few more minutes and the wrinkles fluffed right out of the blouse & Hubby's pants. The rest didn't matter as far as wrinkles, go so all items are done and out of the dryer.

Dry. Ok my goal for the day is to keep my eyes dry. It is a bad day and I see tears in the near future. So I will keep this challenge in mind as the day progresses to the inevitable reality I will face by 5:00pm....*sigh*

I put away the dry dishes, and will spend the rest of the day slowly putting away the dry laundry and trying, like Shellby, to keep my eyes dry.

Success! I made it all workday with dry eyes! Whoohoo. It was close there for a bit, but got it all pulled together and it is all good. Now to take a deep breath, head home for some dinner. I think I may saute my pork chops in some dry white wine. Now that is a dry challenge I can really get behind!

It's pretty boring, but you can count me in for having drying dishes, drying clothes, and no-longer-too dry plants.

- Wow. I'm behind on these.
The heating system in my house made everything too DRY.
My home was DRY. My nose was DRY. My throat was DRY.
I got sick.
I have now vacuumed around the heaters to remove the DRY dust and DRY pet hair.
And I have put glasses of water on top of the DRY heaters to evaporate moisture into the air.
Big improvement. I hope to stay healthy now.
P.S. I appreciate reading UdderChaos's various posts. She sometimes has a DRY sense of humor and sometimes a very silly sense of humor.
