- In honor of the 15th day of the month ...
Why not celebrate the number 15?
No reason needed!
NOTE: You can do this challenge on any date! You don't have to do it on the 15th.15Don't think about it. Just start. Do 15 tiny quick tasks. Or do three 5-minute cleaning challenges (totalling 15 minutes). Or log onto our chatroom and do a 15-minute challenge with everyone there. Or pick up or clean or toss 15 somethings. Or do the special challenge of the day:
Write or type 15 goals for your life. Then take ONE tiny step towards one of them.
(If this feels too personal to share here, yet you wish to reply here, you could just say "listed goals, took a step.")
Share as little or as much as you feel comfortable with. No rules. Do what works for you.
You can ignore all of the above suggestions and just do anything very simple that is related to the number 15.-

- I did a variation on the above suggestions.
Logged onto chat and did a 15-minute challenge -- washing dishes.
While washing dishes, I contemplated my goals. I didn't count the goals. I simply thought about goals for 15 minutes while washing dishes.
My goals seem to be a bit fuzzy. But then I remembered that I had been keeping a goals notebook -- which I haven't used in a couple of months. I don't remember where it is.
Tomorrow, I resolve to look for that goals notebook, and look to see what goals I still want, and which ones no longer inspire me, and maybe add some updates.
Hmmm. That's the first time in my life that I've ever done contemplation while washing dishes. Usually I just grumble while washing dishes. This was far more inspiring.
