Today is the 18th day of the month. So lets go pick up 18 somethings... Go through 18 pieces of junk mail? Throw out 18 newspapers? Pull out 18 weeds? Scrub a section of the floor for 18 minutes? Fold up 18 clothes? Turn off the TV for 18 minutes and wash some dishes?

For many months I have been keeping a fitness/wellness/re-hab scrapbook. I was encouraged in this project by Angelina and others here. Whenever I do ANY kind of new fitness stuff, I take pictures and make a page. Everything about this project has been helpful to me. I am not always too good with my hands, but I LUV the process of creativity. On Friday, Nov 14, I went for my regular weekly appointment at the gym with Ana, my personal trainer. We have been doing this together for 12 years. For the last few weeks, I have been working out on a Pilates 'Allegro' reformer machine ("the rack"). Because this was something new and different, I had Ana take pictures of me. (She loves to do this, no kidding!) Today I had the pictures printed. Ana took about 30 shots: each of a DIFFERENT exercise or part of exercise. I edited the 30 shots down to 24. After I picked up the prints, I decided to spend some happy relaxing time cutting them apart and laying out a page for the scrapbook. I tossed more unsuitable ones, duplicates, poor light quality, etc. Guess how many fit exactly on the page? I am not making this up! When I counted them, I was SHOCKED! Thanks again for the inspirations.
