Household- genuine clutter
- hobby hoarding
- too many rescue animals
- level 1 and level 3 (because of that pet smell), skipped level 2!
Body- overweight
- poor nutrition
- diabetes - under control
- out of condition - gradually improving since working out with personal trainer started 2 months ago
- fibromyalgia pain - improved since working out
- myofascial pain - improved since my TMJ dentist fitted me with mouth splints
- hygiene - good except I don’t like to floss
- clothing, hair, makeup - I look nice when I need to, but can’t seem to make myself care on a day-to-day basis
- feet & hands - the exception! - always soft, groomed, polished
Financial- need to stop hobby shopping
- always spend too much money at Christmas

I have household cluttter, trash and chaos, probably about level 3. I have body clutter (50 lbs. overweight, out of shape, poor hygiene most of the time. I have financial chaos - no debt, but scant income, and I spend/give away too much, impulsively. Other is psychic pain, I think. Some depression, ongoing. I think I have severe trauma issues that are so repressed I don't even feel it. (logically, I should.) For all this, I can clean up and fix up, and even manicure my front yard to the point that people often think I must be the most organized, together person they know!

I guess I should have put body...I'm about 90 pounds overweight. Thing is, since I've been cleaning my kitchen more often, I've been making my OWN stuff (healthier) more often...so one clean-up helps with another.

I have mostly household squalor, but plenty of financial squalor (which is more paralyzing than household squalor) I didn't check body squalor as I have good hygiene, but after reading everyone's comments I guess I would add that. I am overweight and I do have health issues. Fibromyalgia, sjorgren's syndrome and thyroid issues. So I ache a lot and feel very tired. I work 2 jobw weedays from 7am to 6pm and when I get home I just want to collapse. Writing this makes me feel tired. I guess I have lots of other squalor to face up to. Thanks for sharing.

heylady1 and anyone else wanting to lose belly fat--you might want to take a look at the MUFA diet that is recommended by PREVENTION magazine. It also sometimes is called "the flat belly diet." The diet is made up of five main categories: healthy fats (oils), nuts, avocados, olives, and dark chocolate. (How can any diet that includes chocolate be bad?!!! !!) MUFA is an acronym for "monounsaturated fatty acids." Supposedly, being sure to include some of these foods with every meal helps to get rid of unsightly, unhealthy belly fat. It might be worth a try! Just type in the words PREVENTION MUFA diet in "search," and you should be able to read all about it. Arid
