Day 18 of dishes. It would have been easy to drop the daily thing tonight so I'm glad I gottemdone.

sometimes I lose my post whilst typing it. I'm yet to work out how I do that.
remember the initial idea Daye had for her 8 min. Just to do one 8 min each day, and it could be a mix of here and there, doing odd things with no compulsion that it had to be all spent doing one particular task, or in one place. Not sure if that could help you at this time. BDG method might suit you better. Whatever. give yourself an excuse and think small to begin again.
day 19. dishes. 2 bowls. 1 flask. 1 pot. 4 spoons. 1 scraper. 2 mugs. rinse tuna can to recycle. I think that was it. other doings today bath and hair wash (at last) 2 hr workshop on wellness mostly (perchance) talked to facilitator afterwards 12 items groceries. Mostly away. bins in walk breakfast, smoothie, dinner, with lashings of dried figs before dinner.

you sure did do good today Serendipity. *woohoo*
day so far notice self care is way up there in this. 8.5 hrs in bed last night (I have to count that) tmeds brushed hair in the sun, inc 50 strokes w left hand in forward bend. I count the forward bend as an attempt at yoga. Doing that most days. pulled some dead bits of the tree and put them in the green bin. walk around house to do that. started seeds etc cooking. solid hot plate/cooker so I turn it off after it starts to simmer as there is enough residue heat. bowl and spoons away. wayward - put on computer. always a problem stuck on that. eat breakfast. the poppy seed addition need not be repeated.

lunch happened got out of the house pd 2 bills didn't pay the 3rd. need to go back to do that. dinner eventually
dishes. almost borked at that. then thought to wash all except the pot, and eventually did do that as well. day 20 no its not really a habit .
