1) change clothes 2) empty the dishwasher and re-load 3) rest of dishes drying on countertop 4) gather the downstairs linens and put in the wash Bonus: cleared off some stuff from the counters. Took pictures and loaded them for my new fitness program - these are the before Have another load drying on the counter Been fighting off an upset stomach. I grabbed some almonds before church because I didn't want my stomach growling during service and a) I'm not sure if I thought to eat something because my stomach was already upset or 2) the almonds really did a number on me. I've been sipping lemon water but not much relief yet. Don't think I have peppermint tea. I so rarely get an upset stomach that doesn't involve eating TOO MUCH or because I've taken OTC pain relievers - I'm a little flummoxed. Next: 1) Unload bins from cabinets 2) Load smaller cabinets with the bin contents (slide trays) 3) laundry switch

Good afternoon, guys and dolls! As usual phoenixcat you're an inspiration! I have to go to work AND I had to prepare for a winter storm (depending on where it hits 3-9 inches over the next 36 hours). So naturally I did very little today. TA-DAH 1. Hung up clean shower curtain and liner 2. Cleaned tub and entire bathroom floor by hand 3. Put leftover tiles from bathroom project in powder room (I have no more room in the storage closets, plus the powder room's linoleum is cracked and peeling... oila! Something better to stand on!) TO DO 1. Put dark load in dryer 2. Pack work bag 3. Grab scraper with broom from shed

Hi all - the post office cut off my mail because I supposedly don't have a mailbox - had the gates open and bushes needed cutting etc guess it was a new person who couldn't see it. I contacted a handyman and luckily he came today and fixed the gates, moved the mailbox over and cut a bunch of vines and stuff down in the back yard. He will come back tomorrow and do more. I bought some new sheets thru a sale at work which motivated me to clean up my bedroom!
Ta Da: picked up stuff off bedroom floor vacuumed bedroom cleaned off kitchen table found some lost items raked up lots of leaves and put in Home Depot bag
To Do: vacuum back hall clean up bathroom do recycling pick up stuff off kitchen floor

razy, thanks for the info! We have lots of squirrels, moles, voles and deer around so I have to use planters. the little critters eat bulbs. this might work to keep them away from stuff I'm growing. I can only plant daffodil and narcissis bulbs, the animals don't eat those. I have had deer and one of my dogs eat ripe cherry tomatoes right off the vine! so I moved the planters right by the doorstep. I tried planning some banana peppers out back this year, the dog ate a ripe banana pepper off the plant!

1) Call DM 2) Laundry switch 3) BINS Emptied four bins of slide trays. Transferred into 2 cupboards and one shelf in the basement. At some point, will be going through the slides - taking those that are of interest to a digital company to transfer to a drive. Then I can destroy the rest. I've already done about 800-1000 slides and pictures when I was working on DM's milestone birthday a few years ago. Taking two bins to DM's this afternoon to start shifting from cardboard into regular bins. Hoping to find stuff that doesn't need to be binned at all. Translation: can leave the building! Bonus - scheduled a vet appointment for DM's cat this afternoon And, ate lunch. Have an hour before heading to DM's: 1) Minor tidy in the kitchen 2) Laundry switch 3) Make bed assuming HRN is not in deep sleep under the covers. 4) Transfer a bunch of stuff to a box for donation. 5) change clothes. 6) put back all the cat linens I washed
