Happy Saturday everyone! ta da up early and took dogs out breakfast for people and dogs unloaded dishwasher and put away dishes update ta da tidied one cupboard in kitchen, used a couple baskets to organize snacks so they won't fall out every time the door gets opened! loaded dishwasher went in office closet, pulled out more paperbacks to take for library donation to do walk dogs gather donation blankets for animal shelter go to animal shelter and library, then shopping for dd birthday game night food update later

First three small micro-tasks:
1) wash the few dishes in the sink 2) prepare 3 layers of trash bags to toss fridge stuff in 3) pull three items from pile in front of TV and put away
Done those three! Resting and hydrating. Will go again at :05 and do:
1) toss 6 items from fridge 2) look at and deal with/toss 11 paper items from TV pile 3) carry 2 boxes of CDs into front bedroom
Done!
1) toss 6 more items from fridge 2) deal with/put away 7 items from TV area pile 3) swish out toilet

As usual - want to get tons done this weekend. Step one - sleep in and derail all my plans. Check 1) get cleaned up 2) eat breakfast 3) get load of laundry started

hi friends, walked gooddog and baddog (seperately). fed dogs, med BD. finished watching movie. tried to do laundry (machine busy ). fetched dry laundry from before. ate nutritious breakfast, logged breakfast im in the mood of "do the thing i least want to do" for the first time in my entire life. so, that would mean disgusting dishes next, i think. i dont need to waste too much time ranking hated tasks precisely.

carrie i really will do that! did most of the dishes and wiped off dirty stove/oven. which made the walls and floor look even dirtier . also i think i've taken all my meds. maybe not the antihistimine next: lunch buy coke zero take out garbage/recycling? laundry 1 front hall or cabinet? dye hair- ooh i want to do this least. so i should do it first, according to my "break procrastinationa nd anxiety with science" thing i am doing. but i can't go out with wet hair so i will buy cola first. but then i'll do that. oops laundry.. gah its kind of complicated.

puppybox Have you ever seen the Seinfeld episode where George did everything backwards? He decided that if everything he thought was right turned out to be wrong - he should start picking the wrong things. He ended up working in the back office for the Yankees after telling off George Steinbrenner. So good luck on backwards day! Argh Carrie you reminded me that our fridge should be on my list! ccd Vegan cookbook? I'm all ears! What did she want? ) get cleaned up 2) eat breakfast 3) get load of laundry started Realized that I hadn't taken out the clothes from the dryer from last weekend's laundry. Next: 1) clear off counters and wipe down 2) laundry switch in there someplace 3) pull out all the spices, oils etc. from my countertops and cupboard - sort. 4) Force DH to actually give up some of his hot sauces.

backwards day! exactly! i am george. only im not a liar. i am a neurotic loser though , tbh. i ate some lunch. GD is whining. should i walk her before hair or what? first, laundry... then will decide. i already tried to do laundry again but heard the dryer running and didnt walk up the rest of the stairs (3 flights) to find out if washer was empty.

It's amazing how time flies when I'm sucked into the computer vortex, take a nap, and play spider solitaire on my phone.
Phoenixcat--my daughter has been a vegetarian for 21 years and has decided to try easing into veganism, so she wanted a beginner's cookbook.

Ta Da: --trash emptied --dish drainer emptied --two mystery objects that I dug out of a cupboard months ago and kept meaning to ask my husband about--thrown away
To Do: --catpans (3rd times the charm?) --put two unopened soda cans back into refrigerator --put large planter out on porch where it belongs

Wow - great to see so much getting done fellow WITs!! phoenixcat - I LOLed when reading your first TA DA - been there many times! And ccd I can also relate to being sucked into the computer vortex - spent way too much of the last 20 years in there... I love the internet, but I also really miss life before the internet!! I've been slowly getting stuff done today using my blog, but thought I'd see what's happening over here. Looks like I missed the bulk of the action. Next TO DOs for moi: work on clearing bed in back room to create staging area for packing for Thanksgiving travel Do 5 more mins of yoga Find clean dish towel to use in fridge

Good luck with the catpans ccd - I tackled mine last night after putting it off for a very long time. What a relief to have it done even though I hated every minute of doing it. DONE: 10 mins in back room creating staging area for packing on bed grabbed some undies and socks for trip and put on bed (packing has begun - big deal!!) BONUS - found bag of $&*@^#% work papers that I have been looking for over the past few weeks! I finally decided that I must have lost them somewhere for good. Yay!!!! I really need these and it will make a tedious project that I'm working on that much easier to move forward. I may even do some of that tonight!!! This calls for a trio of dancing bananas! Did 5 minutes of yoga - that makes about 15 - 20 minutes stetching today so far - yay! Washed a few more dishes Found a dishtowel to put on clean top shelf of fridge and cleared off middle shelf (I'm pretty sure the stuff in the fridge all has sticky bottoms at this point, so wanted to protect the clean top shelf) TO DO: wash a few more dishes put one more item for trip on back bed open up website for work project
