Good morning/afternoon all!
ta-da: CLA meeting and Step 2 work Made 4 jars of overnight breakfasts, and put them in the fridge Spent the past hour or so tidying the kitchen, cleaning areas that haven't been cleaned in a year or more. Found a few ball bearings as I was cleaning, I don't know if they are from the blender or the Nutra-Ninja? I had already decided to get rid of the blender Learned the the blade assembly on the nutra-ninja is supposed to be replaced regularly.
to-do: Take a break for a little while Order a replacement blade assembly for the nutra-ninja Maybe more work in the kitchen? I still need to get rid of stuff from the cabinets. I have stuff I rarely use stored in them, and stuff sitting out that I should find a place for.

Good morning/afternoon Nael_C! ta-da: Took the trash down to the main road and dropped it off. Meds and food to the cat I'm eating breakfast now, sipping on tea to-do: It appears that the chicken door is stuck closed again. This happens when we have wet weather followed by freezing temperatures and it rained last night, and then the temperature plummeted. I need to go out soon to "unstick" it. Continue to bag up clutter/stuff I don't need. I have way too much stuff. CLA meditation meeting and Step 2 assignment

ta-da: Emptied the dishwasher (earlier, but forgot to list it) Cleaned the filter on our mini-split heat/pump A/C unit. this is supposed to be done periodically. It was past due. Brushed the cat for a while, using the brush that is supposed to pull out loose fur.
to-do: Clean out dryer lint trap area. There is a bit of lint that builds up around the lint trap, since the shop-vac is in the area, I will disassemble these parts and clean out what I can reach Chickens still need to be released Continue to declutter. I'm thinking of attacking th epantry. I have random pudding mixes and stuff that has been in that cabinet for many years.

I only have one goal for before lunch--getting the photo mess put away. I guess I can divide it into three parts.
1-Scan and discard the large ones that are hard to store
2-Sort the loose ones and get into the plastic photo boxes - this may require more purging to follow Dana K White's container concept, or at least scanning more that I can then discard
3-Getting them all put away before noon, and wiping up crumbles that have been left on surfaces from the really old ones

Good luck with your photo project DustyD! ta-da: Manually opened the chicken door. Their entire run is a mud pit. It's disgusting! (It gets awful everytime it rains, especially in the spring) Took apart lint filter assembly on the dryer. vacuumed it out and reassembled it. Helped DH with his eye. The doctor he went to see a few days ago gave him contact lenses to try, and one didn't go in right. I'm not sure where it ended up. to-do: CLA meetings start soon Get mail and sort it Continue with decluttering. later: Water house plants (I started yesterday , but didn't finish) My total health assignment I start back to work tomorrow after being off for 44 days. I'm feeling a little anxious, like I'm going to forget something, so I need to prepare things that I need to take with me, meals/snacks, Lab jacket, make sure clothes are ready to go. I leave at 6 AM.

Good morning/afternoon goldenthreads! We put in a white tile floor in our kitchen, and I realized that it shows every speck of anything. I've been sweeping a few times every day, and mopping nearly every day. I was thinking of buying a lightweight vacuum to keep near the kitchen to make it easier to clean up, but then I think my longer term goal might be to get a Roomba, so I think I'll hold off on buying another vacuum cleaner. ta-da: Watered the houseplants Did more tidying up in the kitchen/dining area Ate my lunch and packaged up some food into small containers for work meals tomorrow I've been listening to the Rootstech genealogy conference while I work. (Normally I would be sitting doing this, but last year realized that most of the speakers seem to give advertisements for their upgrades to their products and not so much information of how to do more research. to-do: Get the mail just before dusk, I will go out and clean out the chicken coop, at least partially. Continue tidy up

Thoroughly cleaned Roomba's nooks and crannies inside and out with moistened cotton swabs. It looks good now. Probably doesn't matter, but the accumulated grime bothered me. Washed dishes. Started a load of wash. Mop kitchen floor. Prep some food for snacks and meal components.
