Sounds like you managed to change your "skin" by accident and you want to change it back. A "skin" is simply an alternate color scheme and/or design that's available for you to use to view the site. Click on your 'Profile' button above Click 'Modify profile' Near the bottom of the 'Modify Profile' screen you'll see the words 'Select Skin:' From the dropdown box select the skin you want. (Default is 'Option 1'.) Click the 'Modify Profile' button at the bottom of the screen to apply your changes Hope this helps.

Hi Laura,
No need to feel like a fool at all. I think how to correct this, is to click on your Profile at the top, and then click on "Modify Profile", I think you have to put in your user name and password here too, if you're going to make any changes. Go down to Account Preferences, and there are some options under "Select skin", which are options for backgrounds. I have mine set for "Green Satin Damask", which I like a lot so far.
I hope this helps.

Oops, sorry Celeste, I posted before I saw that you had. Not a problem, Cince. Had to laugh at your choice of skin. That's what I'm using too.

LC - Hope you got it fixed so you can read everything. Celeste & Cincy - I am laughing now too, since I also have the lovely green damask thanks to both of your postings. It's so purty, & much easier on my eyes, woo!
