And of course they name it "Mom neglects kids" when it really ought to be "family neglects house". And how do they get "permission" to put these pics up? Because somebody's house is dirty, they suddenly have to be subjected to pictures being put all over the internet?
UGH, it makes me mad.

Yes it's very sad The community found out because she left her kids in the house alone and flew to another state to meet a net friend and the little kiddies ran out of food and came out of the house hungry. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise as she got the help she needed and help with the little ones too. |

The house does have a look about it--as though this family had a loving and functioning parent once. The nice (well formerly nice) beds, etc.
The abandonment is what is harrowing about this set of slides--the dining room chairr pulled up alongside the microwave, as if a child had to try to find ways to feed itself. I may be reading far too much into a few pictures....sad by any interpretation though

Very sad. I agree with Charis - the house does have a look about it that you could imagine that it was once a nice home.
