Great article and great tips. I especially love the library tip. Although I sell vintage books for a living, I am trying to declutter my book collection and the library is a HUGE help with this. When I want to read a book, I now go to the library. Living in a large metropolitan area, almost any recent book (or DVD for that matter) is there ... this has been a great help.

my fav was the how to get rid of junk mail.... but I use the library for audio books that I listen to while driving for my job as delivery guy who puts the eyeglasses in the lockbox at night at the docs offices across Illinois....last night I listened to Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy....I had started to read that many many years ago...gave it up I am sure because it was all new again last night.....yes the library system is a good one.... hugs bigtimetroubles

I totally understand about junk mail, I am addicted to it, because I can compare prices, as price can vary by so much for the same product. I like the part about clothes, that's my biggest worry, I have so much, I have a room full of the things, alot of baby things, and my baby is a toddler now! I have started to let go, slowly, if I am going to throw out clothes, I use them as rags first, and clean or wipe something, so it is so much easier for me to throw out! It's funny, I usually wear the same jeans and a few different tops, and two jumpers e.t.c. I hardly wear any of other things! I must get rid of them! The other problem is having kids a few years apart as I do have to hang onto some clothes so the little one can wear them later.
