You are welcome to list the appliances in a note here and also now that you think about it--------are you willing to toss it and make some needed space?and would you ever replace this appliance or gadget again? you can check off more than one answer unless you say no and then you are safe . hugs from Meme

when we did the major kitchen reno, I did more and more purging. I got rid of the following pieces of DEAD WEIGHT in the kitchen:
*broken electric pepper mill (battery powered, gift: I HATED THIS ANYWAY) *unreliable corroded kitchen scale (I replaced this with a better one, as I need this item) *rusted wedding-cake-pan set (my parents' used this for xmas cake): I now use bread pans for xmas cake *more wedding-cake-pan tins: purchased 25 years ago: not used in ages *horrible hard-to-clean roasting pans (from mom and granny): I replaced with stainless steel. Mom was totally in agreement with this tossing........."Impossible to clean" she said.
4+ years ago, I also tossed a good but broken Sunbeam stand mixer. This cost $1$$: wedding gift from my uncle, early 1970's? It was impossible to clean, hard to use now, and not safe anymore. I had replaced the beaters once (I put them in backwards and they warped). I used a gift certificate for a local store to buy a Kitchen Aid, which is used constantly here: at least once weekly.

I always seem to have trouble understanding what these polls are asking. What exactly is this poll asking?? If we WANT to keep things that need repair? Or should we? Or do we?

I am glad I am not the only one. I didn't respond because I didn't understand the poll. *feels slightly dumb*
