So my very sweet-but-socially-clueless upstairs neighbour (who is also a friend of mine) invited people over for a barbecue. I am mildly annoyed, because it's A) my barbecue, B) my backyard, and C) he didn't ask me first. He keeps slipping back into this assumption that he's allowed to have the run of the backyard, which is not *quite* true. I am not more annoyed because they are also friends of mine, and it's not a huge hardship to have them over. That being said, I have been super busy lately, and my place is looking kind of cluttered. It's not filthy or anything, but I have a lot of stuff to do today, and not a lot of time for tidying, and I'd rather not do a stash 'n' dash because then I can never find anything again. I'm making a mountain out of a molehill, I know. It's really not that bad in here, compared to what it could be. Still, with limited amounts of time on my hands, I am not thrilled. *runs around madly* ~Mouse

yeah, but it is still inconvenient! Just don't try to do so much that you burn out and can't enjoy the barbeque.

How did the BBQ go? And how AMAZING that you just need to do a quick clean-up to be ready for friends to visit! Yay, Mouse!
