demand resist; resist demands. if you don't want it done, just give commands.
I'm so rebellious, in a passive manner a stuck out tongue is on my banner
what would happen if I dealt with the stuff that is clogged and piled and all too much?
what would happen if finally I dealt with it all and found myself free?

That's the mighty question dear friend, And many of us won't get to the end. Wel'll get almost there then stop in despair, And again on our stuff we'll depend.
NOT
We can do this Hopehope, and we are.

I have clothes, I have shoes I have tomtinkas, I have kazoos! I have plates, I have dishes I have a tank full of finneous fishes! I have knicks and I have knacks I have a pantry full of snickety-snacks! I have games and I have movies I have black-light posters that are really groovy. The best thing I have, it's easy to see is in the mirror--It is me!!!

Too many hats for just one head Old worn pillows fall off the bed. Tons of papers here you see, Where, in all this mess, is me?
Clothes are piled in every room, Poised to fall they o'er me loom. Space to walk in is not free; Where, in all this mess, is me?
Books and toys and random sockses Thrown with no real plan in boxes. The things I love I cannot see, Where, in all this mess, is me?
If an item I do need, Through this stuff I have to weed. From this trash please set me free, Where, in all this mess, is me?
Every corner is a pile up Stuffed with junk to half-a-mile up. Just one question can there be: Where, in all this mess, is me?
Thanks, Hope for starting this thread, and thanks to all who responded. It made me think.

It is said that we are not our stuff but getting rid of it sure is tough Demand resistance is hard to bear as I sit here in my night-wear It's hot and humid since early morn But I must go and carry on So I'll take the garbage out to the street and do some shopping in the A.C.... so sweet. 3g

I do not like green eggs and ham, I do not like them here nor there, I do not like them anywhere, not with a fox, not in a box, I do not like green eggs and ham... and so...
I clean my fridge and sink and floor, Cause Sam, I'm not. And dirt, no more.
Gratuitous primary school rhyming finale: Use some soap. Do not mope. And ultimately... Live in hope (!)
Tomorrow IS another day... but that would be mixing our stories... so I leave you with a favourite: Go Dog, Go!!!!!!!!!!
