I spent a couple hours wiping up cat fur dust bunnies off the unfinished floor (unfinished because I spent too much on cabinets when I remodeled!)
I tightened the loose bolts of the toilet seat. A bit safer to sit on now! Also wiped off the underside of the seat - I think I saw mold growth.
I scrubbed out the sink, which had acquired quite the layer of soap scum and grime. Its mostly used by the former housemate after he scoops out the litter boxes. Hadn't been scrubbed in some time - I had to let it soak with some hot water, then use Bon Ami on it to scrape it clean.
There were assorted paper items which had been hit with cat pee. Went through mine, and tore up the ones I could and disposed of them in the garbage (recyclers don't want to deal w/ pee stained paper and I don't blame 'em!!!). Collected papers of the former housemate and put them in 1 box for him to review and cull.
Opened up the vanity cabinet and wiped off some shelves, disposed of some expired medicines in the trash, washed 1 shelf which had a spill on it. Wiped spots off the mirror.
I can see (most of) the counter again. Its better than it was - I'll take that.

Excellent. You did several practical things and several cleaning/beautifying things. That's a great job!
