Interesting documentary! Thanks for mentioning it!
Here's a link:
I liked it, but I wished I could have learned more about the people. It was kind of depressing just leaving them in their messes and not knowing what happens to them.
I could very much relate to them. Although strangely enough, I sometimes found myself saying, "Oh throw that away! Get rid of those things! You don't need all that stuff!"
Then I'd think, "Oh, sure Disarray, why don't you just throw all your stuff out too. You're telling these people to get rid of theirs. If it's so easy, then getr rid of yours!"
I guess it's a lot easier to throw out other people's stuff than it is your own.
I also watched another video from the above link called The Collector. That was good too. He reminded me of a hoarder. He collected so much and he seemed to really enjoy it too. It seemed like that's what he lived for. I hated that people were trying to stop him from collecting. Even though I don't understand why he wanted all that stuff, the fact that he got so much enjoyment out of collecting and compiling has to mean something. If the act of collecting is so fulfilling for him, then why stop?
