The purpose of this thread:
To post our hopes/goals and desqualoring progress on a day-to-day basis.
The goal of this daily thread:
We're here to be accountable for ourselves and accomplish stuff (no matter how small the task). If we succeed or fail, we know there'll be someone always looking out for us and posting supportive comments/responses, (i.e., those who participate are paying attention and following up on the progress of others who participate).
Participation requirements:
None. Just jump in and join in whenever you feel like it!

Hi Rosebud,
Thanks for keeping up the thread. I've got so much desqualoring to catch up on from now and through the upcoming 3-day weekend.
Ninja's ta-da's for Thursday . . .
round 1: 1) ate breakfast 2) took meds 3) balanced checkbook 4) showered; dressed to shoes
off to work now . . .
round 2: 5) worked 8 hours; ate lunch in 6) sent e-mail to NTTA about account 7) came home; retrieved mail; sorted & tossed 8) changed out of work clothes
back to it . . .

Today is a good day! What a wonderful sentiment! Slept much better last night; many aches and pains receeding. I am thrilled at the prospect of going to a new training studio on Monday; maybe this is what I need to get some of the weight back off my middle. I could hear myself saying yesterday, "Don't eat XYZ, you don't want to be so FAT when you weigh in next week." I know that I have been looking for some answers: investigating health clubs near home; checking out Weight management sites on line; even considering new/different meds (Ritalin) just becuse of the weight issue. I must keep hold of ONE FACT: the single worst problem with my fibro experience is not pain, itchiness, or even fatigue. It is the lack of restorative sleep, and the Elavil certainly helps me to sleep deeply. End of story. Onwards from Script
Triumphs for today *gathered up more trash *brought 3 bags outside, plus Green Bin *15 minutes morning meditation *everything ready for work (including food for Mora) *breakfast, cleaned up (including leftover mess from yesterday) *turned on dishwasher, swiped sink
*Exercise: Karen Voigt *Quick and Slim Cardio" *30 minutes, level inter/advanced (I enjoy this but it is tough)
*made bed *beauty challenge: teeth (floss), bath, hand-nail cream, perfume, rings *swish & swipe (used product and scrubbed around taps) *message from DH from Italy: spoke to Zia in Italian; wrote note for DH *worked/billed 4 hours *went for fitting on dress (with silk from sister's trip to china?) *opened, tossed, filed mail *sent e-mail re: arrival of species roses for DH
*DVD: Jennifer Gallardi: Crunch "Fat Burning Dance Party" *43 minutes, level begin/inter
*finished pension application work *cleared table, unloaded dishwasher, re-loaded dishwasher *washed pots *put away leftovers *metamucil, d-ribose, fibro meds, celexa
