I was on the first Squalour Survivours Forum and then on the second one when it opened and most of you will never have seen me.  I am the most dreadful of lurkers. I read regularly but only seem to post when things fall apart. When it does you'll find me Working in Threes until I get it together. I have cleared up and then back-slid more times than I care to remember but I haven't given up yet. I had a big wibble when SS closed down and I nearly didn't sign up here because I thought it would all be different but I told myself I was being irrational and now I'm so glad I did. Thanks everyone for still being here! |

I'm so glad that you are back, Much2Much! I think that change is hard, and that when the Squalor Survivors forum closed it was very upsetting to many of us! Like losing a great friend.  But it does seem that many have reassembled here at SooS. We need our previous members to be the community that I know and love! And we are gaining more new people, which is vital to keeping things moving forward.
I hope that you will feel a part of this group. I also hope that many others keep finding us, and joining up!
And let me offer you kudos for not giving up. Sometimes the mess can really beat us down. But so long as we keep fighting back, it will not win!

i much2much; we can keep company on working in 3s; i too have done the maintenance flip flop and dehoard/ re-acquire waltz more times than i care to admit; we can keep on fighting back, and eventually i believe we will win! this new forum seems loving and so similar to what i experienced in ss when i started posting (i lurked for a year too). so, welcome!!!!
